with the same purpose, carVertical had a decent ICO with a market cap of approx 40 million USD. I haven't digged any research on VLB but if you're interested, should take a look at it's rival - carVertical
Looked into it and, I have to say, not impressed. The way I see it, all the car-related date will be put into system by the companies: insurance, repair shops, manufactrers. And CarVertical doesnt seem to have any partners so far or, in other words, nobody to make the system work. At the same time, VLB already made a partnership with CarFix, so they aready have a headstart. Besides, there's only $12 million they need, so theres a better chance they'll mange to colelct it. And the low cap means, they already planned out exactly how to spend it. |

Seele would be a good ICO. But they did not even get Whitelist records yesterday. They need to do more professional work.

Ocean protocol is a good one. I like the idea, looks very nice, but tokens will be lock up until 2019, seems pretty long. But on the other side, can be a pleasant surprise in 2019, if you contribute and forget. |

I don't see any reasons to invest in ICO on current market because lots of coins after ICO can be bought on exchanges for a lower price.
There is a big hype around "Seele" project, but "big hype" is not equal "strong project".

Yeah major dump in all ICOs after January, thanks to bear market and ED,Idex. Seele is probably a scam so hype will die. |

Indeed that VLB already has many partnerships like Uber, QIWI, Magnusson, and i heard they are working on a deal to make a partnership with IBM ( because one of their advisors id from IBM blockchain's lab). And to make it clear, CarFix is not their partner, but is a company that is owned by one of their founder along with CarPrice, so these two companies is running under the founder of VLB and can be integrated on VLB project and its already working right now. They already made the spending plan for each cap (softcap and hardcap), just need to hope they will reach the hardcap which is 12m usd so the progress of this project will be faster and smoother (but even if its only 4m usd, it will be run smooth too as planned in the whitepaper) |

I trust some projects but most of them under my review now. I pay attention to the hypes and I don't get inolved with pure hype projects. Hypes are dangerous for such regular traders like us. |

For now the best ICO, in my opinion, is ico NEVERDIE and NEXUS, I see in both projects have a very good project.

I have taken a look at carvertical and I thought that it was a new ICO but it seems that it was moving around since July 2017 so they are not making some noise and there's no impact with it. You better dig out what's with VLB, the comparison with it is that VLB has great partners that can be through a ridesharing company. CV is only focusing with car registries and histories which can be easily tracked down when an individual will visit the car agencies while VLB is better as it covers the whole automotive industry. |
