Looked into it and, I have to say, not impressed. The way I see it, all the car-related date will be put into system by the companies: insurance, repair shops, manufactrers. And CarVertical doesnt seem to have any partners so far or, in other words, nobody to make the system work.

At the same time, VLB already made a partnership with CarFix, so they aready have a headstart. Besides, there's only $12 million they need, so theres a better chance they'll mange to colelct it. And the low cap means, they already planned out exactly how to spend it.

What is their roadmap? How will the VLB project proceed further? if they have a kick start using CarFix I expect they will be growing pretty quickly. please can you tell me more about the project?

Hyped ICOs are always a good idea!
Because there are many people that weren't able to get some, so they will rush as soon as they hit exchanges.
Also, some ICOs don't allow US people. Big market after exchanges.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

If you need to know their project, then you need to read more in their whitepaper and try to learn more detail.
However, roadmap is not number important to make sure wheater its good project or not because anybody can make good design of roadmap. But team and product are more important than.

yes, neonexchange looks very good. hope it won't make us disappointed.
arcblock is definitely one of the best ico, i have heard it's going to hit several exchange markets at the same time. we'll see.

But on the other side, can be a pleasant surprise in 2019, if you contribute and forget.

i think sapien is the best ico for february 2018. I would say coinvest but coinvest was postponed to March. sapien has already collected $ 20 million.

I'have been trying to get Cardstack OTC in many manner but nobody wants to sell his precious.

I am not a big fan of ICOs but because I love sports and fitness related activity, this one caught my eye - it's called Lympo.
On their website they say "MONETIZING SPORTS AND HEALTH DATA VIA BLOCKCHAIN".
You can talk directly to their team members via Telegram group chat so it looks pretty safe because you know exactly who you're talking to - real people and their real identities.
Being in Lympo community group, I learned that they will be releasing an app and a desktop version of what they call "a Fitness Wallet" where you will be able to submit your health data for LYMs and of course earn their tokens by completing basic tasks provided to you by your trainer. Later on, those tokens can be exchanged to various sports related items like sports nutrition, clothes, accessories, gear etc.
If they implement their system so that you can pay your gym membership with their tokens or checkout at Nike, Adidas etc. then this will be a big game changer in the industry.
They started to work with top level athletes and supporting industry professionals is a good sign.
I invested in this project big time $$$ and will be receiving my +10% in an airdrop later.

To be able to evaluate a good ICO project that we can invest in, I think this is very difficult. If you choose to invest I think you should not invest in new ICO projects. We should invest in projects that have a good place in the market, though it gives us little profit, but it is much better than ICO projects. But if you can get it right and make the right investments and potential ICO projects then the profit you bring is huge.
