bitcoin prices greatly affect the ico process, btc prices are currently falling so many investors are afraid to invest their funds. so many ico seems good but that result less satisfactory

I think best ICO for April 2018 will be Dehedge, Bitpenta and Invacio. These are most potential ICO's and some of these have already in exchanges. Try to buy these before ICO ends to make your investment grow faster and faster. I think in another two to three months these coins will reach at least x10 period since they have good back up team and obviously good potential as well.
