They have proposed clients that will help research the product that will launch with AI blockchain features.. this is a step up from a lot of current ICOs with only a paper.

I've known a few. January is one of the best months of ICOs. February would be one and WePower is one. Only just a few hours after the opening of its Token sale until it got sold out. A lot more coming like TheBeeToken and RentBerry.

I think new projects related to privacy will go to the moon in 2018! (And it is safer to invest in real projects on Ethereum, since this year Ethereum will go up anyways hence the price of the tokens will go up with it!)

i'm pretty excited about the arcblock ico, i don't personally believe that it is a scam. The Hype is immense and it should trade at least above the ico price once the tokens are distributed and listed!
But it's too late join anyway , whitelisting is closed and you would have to buy whitelisted accounts ( i don't really advise to buying whitelisted accounts as it's violation of the terms on most icos)

Nice, I also believe Anonymity,Quantum Security, IoT's and Data related stuff will be the last crypto standing in this unrelented attack by bankers,governments and media. All those scamcoins touting themselves to be blockchain 3.0,4.0,5.0,10.0,etherkillers etc and bankcoins are headed towards epic crash.

In current market any ICO that is pegged to ether rather than USD is best ICO. Most notable now are quantum1net and neurogress , both with cool factor so at least ETH would be safe for mid term.

Atlant had a very long awards ceremony. They still did not distribute the prizes. Maybe when they distribute it will be profitable for signers. I've heard very good winners from Telcoin. PundiX has had a very profitable period for direct investors.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

For me the best ICO to prepare for in February is Friendz.io although it starts in 1st day of  March.

It is project that will try to adopt blockchain to their existing product and try to do advertisement campaigns using social media and different channels.

Team is responsive on telegram and other communication channels. They post a lot of pictures which shows that they are having fun with this project. They already established good revenue.

As another positive: they are going to be listed on exchange pretty fast as theirs Road Map states it will be in Q1 2018.

I think Titanium made a nice ICO too. He got his signers very well. I think ICOs should look after at least 6 months. I need to look at how much you earn after 6 months.

Best ICO? We will rate it according to whom. According to signatories? According to investors? I think Telcoin is good for the signatories. Within the investors PundiX can be a good investment.

Been looking for a while but haven't found anything that REALLY peaked my interest. On top of that it seems the "ICO season" is coming to a cycle end, as profits are smaller by the day (possibly just as a consequence of the big correction - but well see..)

There's quite a lot of privacy coins and a small market compared to the general cryptocurrency, so maybe no undervalued.
