Just FYI: my DGC client seems to have lost its db, even though it has been running (with a current block chain, no problems) for more than 2 hours. Was working fine one minute, then it was suddenly out of sync and back to 0 blocks downloaded. I seem to recall mention of this issue earlier in the thread.

I have 15 active connections but it's stuck on "~345272 blocks remaining"

ZeRo103, thanks for pointing out that hashing misconfiguration!  I might have gone on for much longer had I not read your post!

No problem, glad you found the error it's a big difference for your pool to mine with Pool Hashrate:   38.662 MH/s, and not only 10 MH/s

in a p2pool :

1) how often are payments?

2) has the wallet to be unlocked?

1. You get a payment every time the pool finds a block, straight away.  They will be small but they tend to come in very frequently.  Generally the longer it takes to find a block the larger the payment.

2. No the locked wallet only needs the password when you transfer coins out of the wallet.

For example: At my p2pool : crypto-coins.de:8907 you get payouts about every 4 minutes at the moment...

Happened to me just before also. I just quit the client and restarted and it was ok again..

thats strange... But if it occurs on both of the pools, i think its more likely, that its a configuration problem with your Client, than with both of the pools. Stupid quation: You checked, that the Wallet Adress you unsed as Username is correct, because P2Pool does not check if the Adress exists...

It seems http://next.afraid.org:8119/static/ is waiting for confirmations or has some sort of delay. I wasn't getting payments for a bit so I switched pools. Haha now I'm getting a flood of dgc from http://next.afraid.org:8119/static/.

I'm not exactly sure but I would say an hour. So I'm assuming it is waiting on confirmations.

Not sure about that cos the blocks come through as immature and need confirming in the client.

The only reason I say that it has to wait for confirmations is because pools like http://digi.cryptcoins.net/ wait for 120 confirmations (I think that is the number) before payouts.
