Total RPX token circulation at end of token sale:
Depends on the USD/NEO rate 1 hour before the token sale, and the amount raised in NEO at each bonus stage (see below).

[1]: Defined 1 hour before the start of token sale. E.g. if USD/NEO = 50, then Target Raise Amount (NEO) = US$15,000,000 / 50 = 300,000 NEO tokens. The pre-sale tokens will be included in this NEO token count. I.e., if 60,000 NEO tokens were raised in pre-sale, then 240,000 NEO tokens remain to be raised during token sale.


This is a quote from their Homepage (https://coin.red-pulse.com/). So it depends on the Value and numbers of Neo´s raised.

Yes they send the rpx tokens to your NEON wallet as long if its not on a exchange.

I believe this coin is going to get a massive pump. Think about it, NEO is not doing great atm and they have to prove themselves. This will be their first ICO so they will do everything to make this work. So the Chinese are not able to participate in the pre-sale, but this creates even a bigger hype for when the pre sale is over. It will immediately go to Binance after the pre sale and they are also talking with bittrex.

So a few point that I think this will be very successful:
1. First ICO on NEO platform
2. Red pulse is an already existing company with succes and high valued partners (so no ideas/dreams being sold only)
3. Team is also very experienced
4. Created a waterfall of news already, maybe not positive for the chinese, but any publicity is good publicity it seems
5. The chinese will be pumping this when it hits the exchange

I am in no way related to Red Pulse, but I did my research and will definitely invest.

In pre sale, NEO rate was set to USD50 by red pulse team as per one of the community members in here.
Meaning TS should be approx 90 million and ICO total token release should be approx 36,000,000.00

what's up with the new update in their website - The Red Pulse RPX token sale is not open to United States, Chinese, or Singapore nationals.
ICO participation for Chinese is getting difficult. Same like for US citizens.

It good for us though.

You mean maximum tokens that a particular investor can purchase or a hard cap for the whole ICO?

I've gone through their whitepaper and could not find the first one. If nothing changes, there could be a situation that whales can eat most of the tokens. That had happened in few ICOs recently.

For the second one, the hard cap is set in USD - $15mil. Based on the price of NEO, the hard cap in tokens can be calculated accordingly. Since price is meant to be volatile, the token hard cap should be defined few hours/days before ICO start. Again I could not find this in the whitepaper.

Plan for cap per buyer was mentioned here previously by red pulse team.
They should post it closer to ICO together with the remaining details.

Having no Chinese on board on the ICO could be good because as soon as the tokens hit exchanges they might want to buy it and pump the price.
There is no guarantee it will happen but I will give it a try.

Nothing can stop Chinese comrades to join this ICO, except themselves.

Red Pulse team just need to add some phrases to cover their asses, and the contributors just need to click accept button. Simple as fcck.

I've seen many of ICOs did this before. Any problem? None so far.
