Did any of you guys manage to run the original Neo-gui on the same machine as the Neo-gui-rpx?

Since I've installed and synced the RPX wallet, my regular Neo-gui keeps crashing on launch..

I have both the RPX and original NEO-GUI working together on the same machine.
I installed them in different folders, and have successfully transfered NEO & GAS from the 'old' NEO wallet to the RPX wallet.

I did that as well, but it doesn't work for me. Did you copy the Chain folder over from the original?

Yes, I copied the chain folder from the neo-gui folder to the neo-rpx folder.
One thing you can try is to save both the wallet.db3 files & the keys then delete both folders and re-install everything.
Or, instead of deleting the folders, just rename them for a bit more piece-of-mind incase the new install goes pear shaped.

Try using the fast-sync (chain.acc) file just in case your chain folder has become corrupted, or sync from the start if you have the time.

They are stored in the wallet that you sent your investment from, untill you choose to move them. I'm sure there will be a compatible wallet for your OS soon.

you can buy some tokens from market ,when PRX hit one of them ,may be you will buy half of ico price per tokens, i say maybe .

Thanks! I removed the Chain folder of the original Neo-gui and re-synced with the chain.acc file. They now both seem to work.. the RPX wallet is still syncing and sometimes seems to jump back a couple of blocks, so let's see if it'll work out

I have been trying to install the wallet for more close to a day now and what I'm getting is waiting for the next block. I don't know how many days it will take to make the wallet synchronize and again NEO team need to do a better job with thier wallet integration

For those who may be going through same situation, getting the new wallet to work...
(I can see this issue having a large detramental affect to sale if not corrected beforehand, as currently not resolved for myself within timeframe of info given, currently waiting for account to sync).

Came across many issues, but from here, for Mac/  PC users, (Only my experience...), Look at previous thread pages for links, DL the new neo-gui, PC only, (If Mac read thread info re. VM setup, get Win setup).
Go to Google link to DL BlockChain folder, copy into root folder of the neo-gui folder. To transfer existing Address, Menu, New Wallet Database, set it up. Right-click in main window, 'Import', Import from WIF. Window to import your address private key.
Goto menu, Wallet, Rebuild Index to show Neo/ Gas Balance.
Chain file updated version, yet not yet synced showing balance and time to leave comp connected to net, and time of sale, Questioning.

To view private key right click on the address and select 'View Private Key'
You can also save the *.db3 file (which is your wallet) to some offline secure place.
