when they give me this script hash should I enter it before the crowdsale begin or after?

Interesting question, I just re-read the instructions on how to participate and it suggests that the ICO has to have started before you can FULLY complete the scrypt input.
Maybe just enter everything and don't press  “InvokeContract” until the ICO starts.

This is surely incorrect as the email from RPX, sent out this morning, says, and I quote..
"Note that the NEON wallet and Neotracker wallets cannot be used to participate in the RPX sale."

EDIT:
My bad, just looked at the gitub entry for NEON and it says it has been updated for use in the RPX ICO.
It may be too late now for anyone to update to the new NEON wallet - a little over 1 hour to go.

Even if NEON Wallet has been updated, I think use it could cause problems to receive the tokens.

What problems? Use the private key from the registered address in any wallet.
