RPX statement is weak asf.

A lot of people bought NEO due to the ico and now you're screwed. Accepting NEO for the ico is a pump attempt and screwing up the ICO time-stamp is another attempt to force people to dump the neo for loss.

If you bought $50k worth of NEO for the ico, you already lost $10,000 and this shit will dump to $20 or less by the time you got your refund.


Red Pulse Team should have open source the contract code and be precise about the time stamp.


Give block 1445025 their RPX token.

I can just laugh, not because what you are saying is wrong,  but because now when they have made their mind and statement for not compensation, there is nothing much left for us to do to get RPX token, we will get refund, and next statement would be nothing but an apology + refund confirmation.

In NEP-5 standard, the code used is:

This should have been communicated before the ICO not after it. I mean Red Pulse team did a lot things right, but this second hour f.ckup is pretty serious. Aforementioned formula for determining the start of the second hour should have been part of participation's instructions and should have been repeated ad nauseum on Slack and other channels.

I am sorry to hear about all the trouble people are having with this ICO. Under an Uncapped Blind ICO Auction, this wouldn't have happened, and everyone who wanted to participate would have, and everyone who got into the ICO would have been happy about the price.

Go forward with the complaint to regulatory commissions, you have 100% chance to win and get this ICO canceled at least. That will allow neo to make better picks for incoming ICOs and be a little more serious about security and customer respect.

In the actual time we are living an incredible increase of fishy low quality team raising huge amounts in minutes, and regulatory commissions are looking to help investors not to get ripped off, and the fraud that happened in beginning of hour 2 more than enough for them to do their job. 2 frauds happened  : misleading information that made people lose money and giving insider tips (on closed slack) to give unfair advantage to a group of people.

The mail you received is just an attempt to calm the crowd, most of the people will accept to get ripped off and give up on this. But if only a group of <10 people go forward and make a complaint to the right commissions, there is no doubt this ico gonna be canceled, especially with what happened in China

What insider tips? Slack wasn't closed. Don't act like a little boy. I was on the Slack and I missed 2nd hour too. And I accept it bc 1st hour was absolutely fair.

I didn't visit the ICO website for the second hour. Was there a countdown timer for the second hour as well?

If not, they should've to prevent all this shit.. if yes, everyone should get their RPX if they were on time, despite the way the contract code works IMO.

The clock was set at 00:00:00 just at teh beginning of forst hours, then it showed a progress bar fro msome time, then second hour started, and still same progress bar, and not countdown.

For me the problem is that the refund of NEO is not done immediatly, since NEO is dropping now, i lose a lot of money .....
They never mentioned anywhere that they were going to hold your neo for days or even weeks...

that's the major problem for many including self, i knew 2nd round will go fast, but didn't knew i wont get refund ........
