I think some people here are pathetic to think about sueing the red pulse team.

It was a very good ICO with some hiccups but that's absolutely normal. It's the first NEO ICO and it went very smooth.

I also sent 27 neo before the timer ended and didn't get any red pulse tokens. so I sent again 27 after the timer ended and received them instantly. Normal thinking is that they will refund the ones sent too early.

and since then I received like 5 emails in a very professional manner that everything will be refunded step by step. even the gas lol.

You can think all you like sir, but the one being pathetic is not those who are finding legal help. If you'd only just informed yourself of what happened you wouldn't talk nonesess like this.

In all seriousness there's something a lot more important to discuss and that is the entire point of smart contracts being trustless entities on the blockchain.

This should never have happened as a well written, audited, trusted, contract would have rejected NEO during block 25 and then rejected again when the NEO limit was made.

The fact that the contract was closed source (afaik, show me the source please?) and only announced minutes before the ICO took place suggests this was run in a very typical 'chinese' fashion.

This ICO would never have taken place if the smart contract was released to the community to audit. Regardless of whether you got tokens or not, RPX subverted the trust of NEO, the community and ICO smart contracts by rushing their contract out.

They have let NEO down massively.

For myself, I realized that this platform is still very damp and unable to withstand heavy loads. The fact that the contract did not return superfluous tokens immediately after an unsuccessful transaction is altogether strange for me.

We have now completed the RPX sale refund process. A few statistics:

Total NEO: 970,085 NEO
Largest refund: 2165 NEO

There may be additional erroneous NEO transactions that are sent to our RPX sale address. We cannot control this. As policy, we will continue to refund any transactions sent to the RPX sale process until October 15, 2017 (0900 EDT / 1300 GMT / 2100 HKT), exactly 1 week after the start of the RPX sale. Any contributions made to the RPX sale address after that time will be considered a donation to Red Pulse, and will not be returned.
As mentioned previously, we will also be refunding the GAS generated on the held NEO over the past ~50 hours between the RPX sale conclusion and the refund. All refunds were processed within an hour of each other. Thus as simple calculation, the GAS in the RPX sale wallet will be distributed to addresses that received refunds, proportional to the NEO that was returned. We will be refunding the GAS over the next few days.
Again for those that had trouble accessing and submitting our RPX Purchase Agreement, please do so now. There is no need to submit again, if you have already done so.

First ICO on NEO so some things went wrong. Red pulse especially should have communicate on the "time stamp issue" before the ICO.
However the Red pulse team did manage to refund people rather fast, which is much better than the "few weeks" from the preivous statement.

I have not yet seen such site and I guess there is none as there are not many, just one so far, ICOs on NEO Platform. This just started but I think there will be more ICOs and more sites will show up giving an overview on upcoming or running ICOs on Neo platform.

Indeed they were refunding quickly, I got refunded 2 days after the ICO. However I am still disappointed the time stamp issue was not communicated before ICO.
