This is the wrong information in coincodex, PallyCoin have not listing in the Yobit, maybe another coin name "PAL", when you deposit it can found this is not the ETH address.

I think this project is still ongoing, they have the update report in the Medium monthly, in April report they have mentioned Pally have listed in 2 exchange, and improve Pally ecosystem and their travel experience platform, stay tuned and visit their medium for more.

Like I said tricking people the coin on coinbene is called PolicyPal. they have the same shortcut. So this person claims you can buy PAL on etherdelta and sell it on coinbene and once you buy you are stuck with it as it's a different coin.

I have just checked the Pallycoin in the coincapmarket, they still have not success listed in it, you only can find the coin named PolicyPal Network (PAL) in CMC, but this is not Pallycoin, and Pally have not listed in the Coinbene, be careful this is another coin.
