Most ICO projects offer something uncertain. And in fact the price of their coin even dropped after ICO, it all depends how developers overcome the activity of developers in the community and a good marketing strategy for an ICO project will definitely be successful. that's my opinion and I do not often follow ICO.

Yes, the fear make a lot of people to dump their tokens for a really low price, and I think this is because many of them are not used or not really understand the concept of crypto market. But in most of the cases, the price come back after the team behind the project achieve their goal. The worst part in this is that we have to give it more time than it would be without dumping.

Falling because now one buying.

No one buying because most people who bought it from ICO or got it from bounties are selling it at the same time once it is listed on exchange. It is normal because investors and bounty hunters want to make profit instantly. Actually it will be better if they wait for a bit longer to see the markets move. Some coins may get higher value after the dump after ICO, but some others may keep on dumping without any signs to get a better value.

there are many token ico that when launching was not as expected, actually this is because dumper fear if the price will go down further, and it can not we prevent,

it takes time to get rid of it and it depends on how dev acts according to me

many people expect that the coin they have bought on ICO will fall due to the bounty dumpers activities upon earning and dump schemes doing, But it could be a best time for those whales to buy cheap and hodl if the dumped coin had potential since I've see so many people earning for this potential coin dump buying. And some of the coins takes to much long time to pump and one of very good example coin for this is primalbase, cvcoin and cindicator.

Falling because now one buying.

At this current price pump event of bitcoins I conclude that the main focus of whales/traders and small time traders are in bitcoins and buy it that's why we can see that the price of the other alts are soaring down badly as it is.
It would really be on case to case basis which there are really whales who do really just wait up for the price to dump and waiting for all bounty hunters have done releasing their coins and that's the time they would bought in.You are right which it would really takes time for that kind of coin to pump. This is really just like a gamble because we wont even know if a certain dumped coin do have still the chance to be pumped up.

I also noticed that this always happens. Probably at the time of ICO, the prices for tokens are too high. And after the start of sales, people understand that a coin can not be sold at such a price

You never guess in advance whether the price is lower than the ICO. There are always projects at the start that are undervalued and overvalued. If the project is good and the team fulfills its obligations, then in a year or two you can get a good profit. And it does not matter if the price drops after the ICO.

earlier there were less upcoming project so there was not that much manipulation as majority trader trade on few projects only.as now there are plenty of upcoming project so bots and whales do manipulation to buy cheap token .it has become tendency of ico ,that when token hit exchange ,price pumps a little then dumps.so it is better to wait till ico is ended or invest in those ico who are doing kyc and there are giving 30-60 %bonus as it can balanced the dump.and always hold token as soon as project is developing price will continue to increase.

A lot of the ICOs from this last wave were launched unfairly in my opinion.

Offering presale bonuses for big investors put anyone who bought at the normal ICO price in a position to get slaughtered. I don't think that any coin that had an ICO is a scam but the way these ICOs are run has to stop eventually. Regulators will keep cracking down.  Roll Eyes

Have there been any tokens where the trading price on exchanges at the very start fell considerably below the ICO price and has not recovered?
And because a lot of developers put a very high price for their product (a lot of profit involved) and then when they launch the token in the market the price of ico simply drops, sometimes these coins fall 2x, 3x I've seen a lot of it already I've been through it too , as buyer and also as a bonus participant.

So many ICOs today besides offering a specific amount of tokens per determined still give a percentage value as a bonus to stimulate a possible purchase and avoid a possible loss of the buyer. A good solution for anyone who has already bought and the price has plummeted and hold it so he does not get in the way.

Flixx and micromoney are two such examples.
Its the activities of bounty dumpers. At times, it could be good to buy these coins when their price is too low for their value. I do that sometimes.
Its the investors that would have to be very patient till the price comes up again.

And early investors too I think - if the coin has a good idea behind it and could be popular it's always worth buying in early and holding - or buying when people dump cheap - if it's got potential and some momentum - or the potential for momentum, then it could be worth the investment - always a risk of course.  In my view, if a coin is worth say a millionth of an ETH ( like NVT from https://novablitz.com ) then that token won't drop lower than that - and at that level is where the big gains could be made. So for me personally I always look to see where a coin/token is released at low cost - and with any bonuses too.  Of course each individual has to perform their own due diligence on any investment and do as much research as possible.

Yes, this is a sick example for me. Participating in their ICO, I hoped to sell them quickly after entering the stock exchange.

I think that there are a lot of such projects. Recently there was a ico company Monkey after which Bounty members were paid coins, but they still do not cost anything so far.

I don't know why on some coins being set out for each token to be expensive.I don't know whats their basis but mostly when I do tend to make investment or decide to buy up a coin I do usually done it on pre-sale periods and mostly on $0.01 price each even though most of the time price do decrease but when you do buy on those discount zones probability of break even would really be there but depending if the coin you have invested is good enough to recover after being dumped and mostly the reason on this one is on those bounty hunters.
