so i've been trying to stake for the past 4-6 days and i'm not sure if its working. i have the latest version on windows (1.0.1.1-g) and have left my comp on 24/7 and unlocked the wallet. a couple days ago i received a mined transaction but it had a ? mark and said it was conflicted.
since then i haven't received any reward; today i realized i didn't have the latest set of nodes in the conf file so added it. pretty new here but does that only help with syncing of wallet? do i need to delete .exe file and re-download even if its already 1.0.1.1-g (since i just recently updated node list?) thanks
i had the same problem but fixed it. use your backup linda wallet.dat file. oh awesome i just opened the wallet using the backup...will wait to see if it works. thanks!

Hi everyone!
Sorry if I ask here, but I can't find the solution in the previous pages of this discussion thread.
I have just downloaded linda-qt, syncronized it, and my balance is what I expected (I've withdrawn from exchange).
Now I look for staking, so how can I be sure staking is working fine?
What I did is: -crypt my wallet with a password; -I unlock the wallet by settings > Unlock Wallet, enter my password and I check "for stacking only".
So, is it what I have to do for stacking, or is something missing?
How can I check from my wallet that everything for stacking is gonna be ok?
Thanks in advance
I've forgotten to say that of course wallet is online 24/7 Can anyone kindly give me an answer back?

How do I get my Linda Wallet to start staking? I'm assuming it should list an amount in the staking box? https://imgur.com/a/6aqy7

I did withdraw the coins from Cryptopia to Coinexchange.Coinexchange closed the Linda wallet. Does anyone know what to do and how to return the coins?
I done the exact same thing, the wallet was fine on coinexchange as i transferred from ce to cryptopia and then back again but while the transfer was processing the wallet on ce went down, i have raised a support ticket and they replied saying that once it's online the coins should be there. I was getting worried though as i was trying to check the tx in blockexplorer but i keep getting an error for both tx's

Coins are recorded in the blockchain and not in the wallet. If you have your wallet, you should be able to get it.

Sunrise, this is very easy. Make a copy of your backup somewhere else to have a copy of the original wallet.dat.
for Windows 7 Step 1) Download a new copy of the linda wallet and install. (let it sync this takes a while depending on your internet connection, you can look it up where to download the entire ledger AKA bootstrap for faster sync time) Step 2) This step requires to exit your linda wallet. Exit your wallet and Go to start menu and type run hit enter and type \ and hit enter or open your explorer and go to my computer select disk where your OS is located usually this is setup by default in the C:\ drive and go to C:\Users\"yourusername"\AppData\Roaming and look for linda open the folder linda and look for a file called WALLET.DAT and rename the file wallet.dat to wallet.dat.old (NEVER DELETE) and copy the original backup with coins to wallet.dat to this location. Step3) DO NOT SHARE THIS FILE wallet.dat TO ANYONE THIS FILE CONTAINS ALL YOUR COINS. Step4) Open Linda Wallet again and your coins will show there after sync is complete. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE A PASSWORD OR ENCRYPT YOUR WALLET. Do so at your own risk, If you do add password to your wallet please WRITE it down somewhere SAFE. If you forget this password your coins are Gone. Thank you and Happy Linda Coin Day!
Feel free to donate if you find this helpful or just say Thank you.
Thanks for your donation Linda Wallet LegBurKhcJUfgLMmiSy6nuw6MGaiGMUsF9

All you need to do is to unlock your wallet (for staking only) and leave Linda-Qt running. It will take a day or two for the coins to mature before staking begins. Assuming you have sufficient coins, with a few days you should start receiving staking rewards. Hovering your mouse over the lightning symbol should confirm that you are staking.

Are you guys getting listed in Binance? I've watched a youtube video mentioning a few major exchanges. If you plan on moving in them try Binance before Bittrex.
