Just saw the chart, and linda was selling so low yesterday.  It was the time to buy more for master node. I saw it late, missed it.  Angry

Look like Linda is going back to it's path for 100 satoshi. Yay.

For god shake

But new white paper say only 2 Million needed but not sure when this will be implemented.

So is it 2 millions or 20 Millions for the masternode? That is a sensible difference... 20 Million is 10 BTC, who on earth can afford that?

it's 30 million now. That used to be only about 0.3 BTC for several weeks / months while LINDA languished around 1 sat, and about 3 BTC when it was around 10sats. Today at 50sats that will be about 15 BTC.

Per the white paper, the MN amount will switch to 2 million in Q4 of 2018, which means at least 9 months (and up to a year) from now, assuming there are no delays, which (as is the case with almost every project) there almost always are.

Can anyone help me to set up multiple masternodes on the same PC?

Can I run multiple masternodes from one and the same wallet?

dev?
In general, the same IP address can only open one masternode, which obviously you can't do.

Currently, I set up 2 separate wallets, running from the same PC. Both wallets show that the masternode is running.

But according to you that is not possible?

Can I run two masternodes from the same wallet?

Dev!?

Can you help me out here? Do you have a manual to set up multiple masternodes?

I spent a shitload of money getting the 30m plus coins.

I would appreciate some help.

If your VPS or ISP gives  you an IPv4 and an IPv6 address, then from what I have seen in other coins you can setup one MN for each of the two IP's. However, each MN must have its own IP, as far as I know. You will have to get an extra IP from your VPS / ISP for each MN.

If you did not see it, there is a link on the first post to a masternode guide, the link is https://github.com/Lindacoin/Linda/wiki/Basic-Masternode-guide

I left my wallet staking for 1 week, running 24/7, but till now no extra coins on my wallet...

If i move on the icon in the bottom left, it always says:

"Staking.
Your weight is xxxxxx
Network weight is xxxxxxxxx
Expected time to earn reward is 3 days
"

sometimes it says "2 days".

So, how can I get my reward?

PS: i tried to close and run the wallet but nothing changes...

How many coins are you staking? I think there's a minimum stake, something like 100,000.

I wrote 6 times a X, so for sure I'm stacking more than 100,000 Smiley

Warning : GPU mining works, but scrypt algo is much more efficient with ASICS.[/color]

This is honestly one of my biggest gripes with this coin.  It should be multi algo to let the community mine the coins instead of people with ASICS.  The price will never be stable if every block mined just gets dumped on the exchanges for btc.

I love the pow/pos and masternodes in this project, very lucrative for their investors. I think this is a great project 100% recommend.

I have given a look at the new Linda Twitter bounty, but 1 coin per tweet - which is half a cent at today's price - is not a very motivating bounty Cheesy With a lot of effort you can earn up to 5-10 cents a day. Wow. Almost like ETHLend's twitter bounty - in the first to weeks the reward per each tweet was 2500 LEND which at today's price is 487$.
BTW the system of tracking with only 4 numbers makes it certain that if there are several hundreds of people who join the bounty, many will have the same numbers and so many will not get paid.
Who has designed this bounty campaign? LoL.

Wow!! I guess clearly you didn't understand the power of twitter bounty? LindaCoin Bounty has 1 coin per tweet and you just completely copy a structured composed tweet and paste it in as reply of any #XVG #VergeCurrency tweets for exposures (up to 100k Linda coin giving away). that will take you approx. of 3 secs to copy and paste per reply. If successful, that 1 coin might become 25 cents per coin or more which you can calculate. This campaign is design to spread the word to XVG people and tell them there's huge room to grow in LindaCoin not just twit without followers. Also, adding the last 4 is not just numbers but characters. There's a lot of combinations with just 4 characters. Clearly you didn't read the instructions.

Incase you want to read it. Here it is.

HI
Yesterday i Have send 15000 lindas to cryptopia and it went without any problems. Two hours later i sent another 25000 and this transfer didnt get a single confirmation (it was 24 hours ago). Can enybody tell me what is going on?  Huh

It sounds like your antivirus or firewall software is blocking the wallet or perhaps even deleting or placing certain files in quarantine. This is a big problem with Avast antivirus. I don't know what type of software you are running but I've had problems with a few myself. Some of these lessons were fairly expensive. I did learn to always keep a backup wallet.dat file on a USB jump drive for good measure. When storing a coin wallet on a pc, always set your antivirus and firewall software to notify you of everything and to ask you before doing anything with suspicious files. Believe me, saving your wallet files is well worth the hassle of closing a few notification windows.

Again, I don't know the software you are using but my worst experience was with Avast. It allowed me to run a certain wallet a few times then out of the blue it deleted some of the wallet files and blocked outgoing and incoming connections and therefore transactions. Since this was before I started storing my wallet.dat backups offline, this was an expensive lesson.

Something else I've found helpful: When using a staking wallet, set your computer IP address on your home network to a manual setting. Pick an IP on your network and assign your computer that IP permanently. I see a lot of posts with staking issues. If your computer is set to get an IP address automatically when connecting to your home network, it may not be the same IP you had yesterday. A different IP may seem like a different computer when staking, so always use the same one.

Hope this helps. I realize you may already know some or all of what I've typed but it may help the next guy reading.
Best, Chris B.

Thanks for response. Good thing is I always make a backup of wallet.dat when starting with new coin Smiley. I have it on my usb. Accualy I'm using avast. But I set exception for linda wallet. So you say if I will run linda wallet on other computer with my backed up wallet.dat my coins should be allright? What should I do to fix it?

yeah basically i kept the comp running to stake, then lost connection when i got on a flight and once i got re-connected to flight wifi the amount i had mined got conflicted (makes sense given i was offline for a bit) but then the balance changed by 100k+. thought it might have been a glitch so redownloaded the client, tried opening up the back-up and haven't found any luck. hopefully its a glitch and the right balance shows up with the next mined amount?

i think linda definitely has potential and would love to see this go to 10cents or higher, but this is something i'd like to get clarified sooner than later. to be clear i'm not trying to spread fud or anything, just trying to figure out what happened
