what is the stake for Linda now? is there any minimum coins needed to have to stake? what is amount to stake daily? Thanks for quick answer

I think the minimum stake is 100K.

Daily, you should receive (on average) 5000 coins for every 10 Million staked (or 500 coins for every 1 Million).

For future reference guys: Most of the questions about staking were answered by Visale earlier in this thread. Look for Visale's posts (recognisable by their green text) in the first dozen or so pages of this thread.

Visale is not the dev but he provided support assistance. Unfortunately he has not posted here in over a month now. There was mention of some health problem he had in the Slack channel a while ago, so I don't know whether he will be returning.

Here's a few posts he made regarding staking:

U very sure minimum is 100k? And that 5 thousand coins per 1 million is per month?

The 100K minimum stake I can't be completely certain about. Like I said, I think it's 100K. I'm sure it was mentioned a few times in the Slack channel a few months ago though and I'm fairly sure Visale stated it was 100K. It was either that or 10K.

As for the staking returns, I'm just repeating/linking what was previously stated by Visale (see links). From my own staking experience however, I would say that's about right though.

Note I said 500 per million, not 5,000 per million and that's per day, not per month (5,000 per day is for 10 million staked).

I check my linda.conf and settings are ok.

My wallet is running 24/7, but in 2 weeks of staking I had 0 coins!

Do you have at least 100,000 coins staked and what do each of the four status icons indicate when you hover your mouse over them?

HI
Yesterday i Have send 15000 lindas to cryptopia and it went without any problems. Two hours later i sent another 25000 and this transfer didnt get a single confirmation (it was 24 hours ago). Can enybody tell me what is going on?  Huh

It sounds like your antivirus or firewall software is blocking the wallet or perhaps even deleting or placing certain files in quarantine. This is a big problem with Avast antivirus. I don't know what type of software you are running but I've had problems with a few myself. Some of these lessons were fairly expensive. I did learn to always keep a backup wallet.dat file on a USB jump drive for good measure. When storing a coin wallet on a pc, always set your antivirus and firewall software to notify you of everything and to ask you before doing anything with suspicious files. Believe me, saving your wallet files is well worth the hassle of closing a few notification windows.

Again, I don't know the software you are using but my worst experience was with Avast. It allowed me to run a certain wallet a few times then out of the blue it deleted some of the wallet files and blocked outgoing and incoming connections and therefore transactions. Since this was before I started storing my wallet.dat backups offline, this was an expensive lesson.

Something else I've found helpful: When using a staking wallet, set your computer IP address on your home network to a manual setting. Pick an IP on your network and assign your computer that IP permanently. I see a lot of posts with staking issues. If your computer is set to get an IP address automatically when connecting to your home network, it may not be the same IP you had yesterday. A different IP may seem like a different computer when staking, so always use the same one.

Hope this helps. I realize you may already know some or all of what I've typed but it may help the next guy reading.
Best, Chris B.

Thanks for response. Good thing is I always make a backup of wallet.dat when starting with new coin Smiley. I have it on my usb. Accualy I'm using avast. But I set exception for linda wallet. So you say if I will run linda wallet on other computer with my backed up wallet.dat my coins should be allright? What should I do to fix it?

I"m glad you backed up your wallet.dat, it's an easy fix in this case. Simply install a fresh Linda wallet on the other computer. After the fresh install finishes, go to your search bar near the start button and type in %appdata% and press enter. Find your Linda folder in the appdata folder, open it and paste in your backup wallet file. This will write over and replace the wallet file from the fresh install, so if it asks you if you want to "copy and replace the wallet.dat file?" do so, as that's why you're doing this. Start your new wallet and you should have all your coins back in place as soon as the new wallet syncs.

Hmmm. Not sure what else to suggest. That all sounds normal and similar to what I'm seeing, yet staking works fine for me.

Perhaps try staking on a different computer and/or setting firewall/AV rules (or temporarily disabling them). Also if you're using WiFi, try an Ethernet connection and perhaps run some ping tests to make sure your connection quality is consistent and isn't dropping packets.

I've had the hardest time downloading the Linda Windows wallet.  I finally succeeded after creating an exclusion for the folder because Windows was terminating the download.  Ok, great! Now I just need to unzip the file and off I go.  Well, I unzip the file and the extracted folder is blank... What now?
