Of course will replace. Already now the majority of financial transactions are made by bank transfer. Paper money is necessary only there where there is no Internet access.

Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that. What do you guys think? It’s true that digital currency has gained a lot of popularity and trust among people in the recent years and distrust in popularity is increasing day by day. But still I don’t think that digital currency will ever replace paper money because firstly, digital currency is not stable form of currency whereas paper currency is stable form of currency. Secondly, digital currency is not regulated by any bank or government whereas paper currency is regulated by government. Paper currency is way more popular than digital currency.

Maybe sometime in the long term, crypto currency will be able to replace cash, but in the near future it is impossible. Crypto-currency can so far heavily squeeze ordinary money, however, in my opinion, completely vseravno to replace them can not. In our life there will always be situations when technical means can not be used for various reasons. In addition, certain population groups will not or will not want to use crypto currency. There are many other similar reasons.

it already does in some country... like China! I did 1month travel there last year, so incredible!
all the shops and business use their phone to pay via QR code, I even seen a lady on the metro begging for money using a QR code, how cool is that?
I think we just need better coordination between all the payments players, shops and people to get rid of paper money like China does!

One day, it will be real yes.
World will have only one currency and it will be digital money.
The future era is the era of digital money like Bitcoin, Litecoin Altcoin etc. In this Morden society every generation people wants to walk with new cashless methods. No one wants to carry a bundle of paper money with them while going for shopping. It make feel you unsafe and unnecessarily filled you pocket space. In many countries there government motivate their people to ise more and more digital currency. For those above reason i think digital currency will replace paper money.

Now digital money is not widely used around the world. It is still banned in many countries. Digital currency trading requires the Internet, which would limit it to a daily currency.

I think that after a while there will be no paper money, everyone will make purchases with cards. But cryptocurrencies do not replace fiat money. Everything become computerized. USD will become a digital currency and will be a neighbour of the bitcoin.

Banknotes will be slowly eliminated, but it will take a long time. The speed of elimination in developed areas is fast, because people gradually rely on technology to make payments. It sounds great!

Money is economic tool and bitcoin is another form of digital tool. You can use it like paper money but economic inflation cant synch with cryptocurrencies.Maybe in future prices will be more stable.

I think anything can happen. Let's wait for that in the near future Yes I think that digital currency will replace Fiat paper money one day. People like to a little risky and hazitation. They always ready to take a new development, bitcoin and digital currency is main media of reducing risky. So bitcoin will global currency one day.

I think that's impossible. But unlike other countries, there may be some digital currencies that start replacing paper money in various countries in the world. .. yet different from my country. because paper money is a valid means of payment.

Digital currency cannot replace paper money because its not considered by bank as currency. It will only happen if the government will allow it. Today, there are already some government who already banned crypto exchanges within their country. Changing the use of money to digital currency will take a lot of time to happen. And i think many issues and debates will arise from it. Embracing crypto in other countries is hard, much harder to replace money by crypto.

I think yes because digital currency will replace paper money because digital is more easier to use in all transactions. That l know one day digital money will introduce in the whole world. And this will become powerful because bitcoin really gives the best profit to all cryptos now. And so we are all be ready for a cashless society.

In my opinion, Crypto can't replace paper money or fiat easily because fiat currency are being there since the start of governemnt and it is being a symbol or their national treasure and identity of one country so its impossible to completely replace it but it can serve as another source of transaction currency.

I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that. What do you guys think? Paper money can disappear in the near future in megacities, but not in rural areas. In general, I do not believe that paper money will be replaced by cash or cash. Especially it concerns digital money. Their widespread implementation in the near future is quite problematic, since a large part of the world's population has not even heard about them, and the very introduction of crypto currency into our lives will present significant organizational and technical problems. This is a rather lengthy process and it will not be completed soon.
