yes its only a matter of time the only reason why this has not happened over night is because people don't react well to changes that happen too quickly especially financial changes , the governments have done a great job in gently pointing people to electronic channels which is the main indicator that digital currencies and transactions are the future.

Chances are low because bitcoin is not yet legally accepted all over the world. But, if ever that in the future that btc is finally accepted, it is possible that digital currency will replace paper money.

It is poosible that in the future digital currency will overtake the use of paper money because the economy is rapidly increasing by the help of our technology and it is really easy to get access so I think there will be chances that the dependency of people will go thru using digital currency instead of paper money.

I heard before that the World will be a Cashless Society. all physical money will be removed and all of our transactions is done by using new technology. some Countries has already begun by using implanting Microchip to every individual. It can be used like a credit card where you can make all your transactions. and It's possible that they will use digital currency too. so, let's just wait for that to happen. but, I think it will not happen soon.

Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that. What do you guys think? For me i think it that would happen, the digital money will replace the paper or real money in our world it would not exactly implemented easily. As you can see our world has a lot of changes and for that thing to happen, you will need to have an advance technologies for that things.

I think digital currency is likely to replace paper money, because tracking analysts' capital flow is very easy, which is very helpful for fighting corruption.

I never thought that the presence of digital currency would replace paper money, both can run and complement each other, I'm sure until whenever paper money will not disappear because the state regulations guarantee paper currency.

I think it will be in the next hundred years or so? why? because as of now there are still places where technology is not that great. internet is not that fast and there are still people who doesn't know how to use computers and others still have doubt on digital currency and even on crypto currencies but today we are all educating the youth to be computer literate to engaged in the digital world and even introduced them to crypto currencies so as time goes by things will change and technology will take over most of the things here on earth.

For me I don't think that digital money will replace paper money because there a lot of transactions that paper money should be used. And paper money will be used less and less. But they will not disappear completely.

I fully believe that digital currencies will take the place of national paper money. This is a real outcome. Investors are aware of the change. People who have not noticed the change yet will see the signs soon.

I think digital currency will never replace paper money. It may come close at some point in the future, but the paper money we use is still very effective and a reliable method to keep track of money

Perhaps in the distant future that paper money will be replace by digital currency. Physical money will take a long while to disappear, but it seems feasible enough. I haven't used paper money in 3 years and have never had a single problem. Most of the people now use credit cards. No need to use paper money in ANY store, taxi, café or or buy a plane ticket. Digital money already is replacing paper money.

Cryptocurrency can replace the fiat money if most of the people will fully adapt digital currencies. For me, it is still impossible because cryptocurrencies is still not strong to surpass the fiat currency.

In addition to bitcoin or digital currency, physical currency is must. In case of power or internet failure there may be some problem in doing financial transactions.

Digital money can be a form of payment, but I don't think it can replace paper money. I think they might be there at the same time. The digital currency is now recognised only in very few countries, and its transactions require the Internet, which will limit its importance as a replacement for bitcoin.

Its a yes for me. Because, today technology are rising and digital currency are more popular today. And other countries are using digital currency to pay some bills or anything. Also their are lots of works now that the salary are given through digital curency.

I dont believe that this kind of scenario is possible to happen right now or in the near future. There isnt that much of population yet that knows what cryptocurrency is and even if they did they only see it as an investment and not as a real currency that will soon replace fiat.

Paper money is already disappearing, 90% of the FIAT currencies like dollar or euro are already digitalized.
The paradigm shift with crypto would be to rely on a decentralized blockchain rather than a central bank
