How about yobit with 0.1 btc fee?
We try Yobit twice with 0.1 btc and 0.5btc and didn`t get response. both tried didn't get thru dev? i guess yobit are still choosing those coins that they will add inside their exchange and even there's a lots of complain about this exchange its still been recognize by some traders and if this project will be supported by big whales it will gather attention and volume also to be recognized by much bigger exchange like polo and tex. Uhm, I like this coin and mining it.

So far this project is very promising... let's see how far we could go... exchange is necessary to keep miners work / hashpower on a network. DOB project looks promising but at the moment just like a rough idea... far from realization. Let's see what time will bring.

BTC Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System BTC A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

Awesome, I do see more than 1/2 the networks hashrate on 1 pool (not trying to plug pegapool!), but is probably a negative when it comes to wider adoption - as in a 51% attack would involve just compromising 1 pool.

About Lowest fee that's going too far: Also can easily lose a few % with higher latency to a pool, when blocks are this fast - i'd argue being closer / lower ping is more important than a 0, 50 or 100bps fee. (also fees are quite important in terms of sustainability. You'll find no long-running legit bitcoin pools without any fees, as they need to pay their costs somehow)

What is bad Yobit.net?
Yobit.net is really awful. I bet it will be one of the next exchanges that simply disappears with peoples' funds. The people behind it are not known and they do all kinds of manipulation scams.
