What is the web tech behind web mining ? JS? Flash ? Usually browsers  shutdown activity from a webpage after a certain time has elapsed - what are your plan regarding this ?

So the mining starts on 15th Jan and this is a great news. The best part is we will still get to keep the coins we mine during this alpha phase for real. I hope this project meets its declared dates and isn't like few of them out there who just want to start big and fails to meet its deadlines and goals.

Looking forward to start mining in a couple of hours. To be honest the concept of browser mining is cool. I hope the coins mined hold its value and that project succeeds. If these people can turn the game of mining, I think a lot of people who are using a normal computer will start mining through a browser and the client base will grow.
