New wallet release Beta3 31December2017 https://ufile.io/2qj7g

Changes -
which fixes the incorrect transaction amounts from staking and masternode rewards.
It also fixes the staking icon not updating in the last build.
Remember, this is not from the official devs, but from our community attempt to fix what the official devs have not. Please only test this if you are willing to test our unofficial, pre-release build

I see people on here thinking that there is still a swap and I see the CXT price reflect this aswel, I dont want people to be mislead.
The community is taken over this project and unfortunately cant give a swap from CXT to XCXT due to the fact we don't have access to the premine.

New bitcointalk thread for the community take over of XCXT https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2678424

why are you creating a new topic on behalf of the community? no one asked me for my opinion nor to anyone! moreover you do not even present the coins! let's continue on this thread, which is dated from creation, with the history of the community!

Seems the wallet will just not, not freeze up. Causing some serious issues with other qt wallets also. Definitely some coding bugs in the qt wallet.

No lie, this wallet has some seriously bad code, it consumes 99% of my hard drive resources every time I launch it. Nearly impossible to catch-up, too risky the way it thrashes the hard drive. Someone point me to the code base for this piece of junk.

beacause it would be very interesting to try a new wallet that freez less

I only want to sell this piece of shit but I can't use the wallet long enough to send the coins out, and that's with the latest wallet already. Jesus fucking christ.

The New windows wallet is better but does still have issues which the community is looking into to find a fix, If you still can't tolerate the new wallet the Linux wallet is more responsive then the windows wallet.

There is a Beta wallet from one of our community Devs -

I've compiled a new Windows wallet that should eliminate the freezing while syncing. I've made it available for anyone willing to test it while I start looking at other wallet issues. Please only try this if you are willing to test unofficial pre-release software.

28Dec17 Beta 1 https://ufile.io/kqmis
Changes - eliminate the freezing while syncing

29Dec17 Beta 2 https://ufile.io/pj3rn
Changes - this doesn't fix the known bug of incorrect amounts, just fixes incoming transactions not showing at all in Beta 1

Feedback welcome in our Discord https://discord.gg/P9urZYT

This post will get updated with new versions

If you like the wallet show your appreciation and donate to the wallet dev XCXT address CTaxSTCRzaHVQgzvdVDke5rDXywj5vScur Thank-you for your support

Kris, thanks for the hard work, just a heads up, "CoinonatX-qt-2.0.3.3-modz2pre3-win64.zip" release has a major issue in the way it thrashes the hard drive I/O. It currently consumes 99-100% HD resources non-stop. I have 2 other wallets syncing that barely consume 10% running together. The I/O swapping needs to be throttled down.

Wallets
3Jan17 Windows 64 Beta 4 https://uploadfiles.io/9ttes
Changes - GREATLY reduces CPU usage. You may still see high CPU usage while syncing, but otherwise there should be a huge improvement during normal operation with this build.

Hiya try the Beta 4 and if the problem persists come into are discord so you can give us more details like if its during wallet startup, does it rescan, how much RAM have you got and how much virtual/committed memory are you using. Thanks for your feedback
