The best thing to do is read the market trends before investing. From my point of view, when prices drop sharply or spike, then that is the trap.
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I think,
If you are a bitcoin holder, stay patience and perseverance think that price will going to increase in the right time. Hold it.
If you want to invest in bitcoin this is the right time to buy because the price is low, then sell it if the value increases.
If you’re a holder of bitcoins and don’t want to lose huge, act now to avoid big losses.

When it drop hard I usually but because newbies are panic selling during that situation.
If we will just focus on short term trade, I think with proper research we can easily be successful because of the price volatility.

Before making decisions, you need to analyze the situation on the market. It is necessary to understand whether the fall is a global trend. Either this price reduction is within a certain price range. Solutions for both cases will be different. For example, leaving the range, the price can go both up and down, it is usually difficult to predict the direction.

of course there are two very different conditions that we can do. holding or selling as quickly as possible. it all depends on the circumstances we experience. if i have a lot of bitcoin then i will try to do holding, but when i see that bitcoin price will decrease significantly then i will try to sell bitcoin as soon as possible.

I think it depends on which you invest. If you buy some coins which  you believe in technology and the team behind it ,don't care about falling prices in short time.

Keep calm keep holding don’t sell in panic because when prices are falling then all your funds are in loss and I feel not too much bad because I have planned that I will not sell in loss that is my point in term of price falling,

The hold is the best option to do when the market is falling. Because selling in panic will give you loss and it will be hard to recover. So it's better to hold and wait for the market to recover.

As the prices of coin in the cryptocurrency market are decreasing, you should continue to hold your coin and should not sell them. Because if you sell at a low price, you feel very frustrated and frustrated. Therefore, you should patiently wait for the price increase to seek higher profits.

The most important thing you have to do if your coin's price is crashing, you need to stop thinking negatives and try not to get panic. Just continue holding your coins and wait for a couple of months until the prices goes back to normal. If you still have money to invest, try to take the chance of buying some coins that is on bargain price that you think has a potential to to grow its price in the future.

If you don´t need the money right now and don´t have that much expertise in short term trading just seat tight, don´t panic and wait. However,  if prices are falling most specially if the coins are very low, I usually would buy more coins from a much lower price

Keep patience and wait to the right time to sell the coin. when the time alt-coin increase its value, then its time to dump the coins. Hold the coin don't sell it in the low price no need to panic this may could you lose your funds and investment

I think we shouldn’t panic when the price falls and we should wait. The most important point for investors is to be patient and wait for the time. But when prices rise again, we are selling.

This is a very important strategy which can determine your interest in the Bitcoin. This is actually the basic knowledge which is needed in the market. If you are able to hold your coins when the prices fall in the market, you are at least on a safe side. This is because a rise in prices in future will give you the expected return. Those who sell as the price fall are those who will never enter the market.

When the price are falling,  it is easy for you to be sad and discourage. As a cryptocurrency investors,  you must develop a tough skin against market volatility in order for you to make good profit.

I usually buy into other altcoins that tend to follow bitcoin's trend, but fall harder and rise faster.

For potential tokens, always keep it because for now the price may not be high but come with a guarantee that the team will buy back. And it depends on the token or altcoin you have invested in, check their roadmap completion as well as their community support, volume checking as well the help and exchange where they are

It is a question that we  all made to ourselves in the first months of this year
Now there is an apparent recovery, but very weak, on the other hand, everyone is waiting for new news. We'll see what happens.

Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling.  Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).
The most important thing is not to panic in such situations and to remain always calm. The main thing for us is faith, the belief that all the cryptocurrency will soon rise by several times more than now!
