Yeah there is a mistake in webpage i think. By the way ico day is announced for October 15!

I see this as a potential also for retirees as they have mentioned on their website. Imagine a lot of people might migrate to Panama now for the convenience of investment rather than Florida which is a popular destination at the moment. Again Their location is superb. Central! Central America!

Good question.
This project is mostly specified for North American and European expats. But i dont think you have to live in panama to purchase a property. I am also waiting for an answer.

Probably not. I doubt that in order to buy housing in Panama, I need to live there. After all, this is a blockchain, and there is the beauty lies in the fact that everyone can access it, while bypassing all intermediaries and regulators. So I'm sure that anyone can buy a property there.

ICO: Nov 15-3.0. This seems to be open to everyone. No discounts indicated.

Hi @MakersONE - I've read the whitepaper from head to toes twice! You don't need to live in Panama to access the housing solutions that Prime-Ex Perpetual will offer to its homebuyers. In fact, the main argument for the financing solution (Revolution Loan) that Prime-Ex will provide is precisely because expats have most of their income from abroad.

They have an interesting criteria to apply for the Revolution Loan. For instance, no income verification but asset verification. You must also have proven reserves to pay your mortgage for at least 2 years. See page 11 of the WP.
