The ease of access all by itself makes it very appealing. And who doesnt want to get a home with "ease of access"

Home buyers win the most if they pay their mortgages with PEX-Tokens, and they use the savings on their mortgage payment to buy more PEX-Tokens. They become its PEX-Token holders and they share proportionally with other PEX-Token holders in 80% profit distributions.

Focused on Panama, but there are so many benefits, because in order for you to live in Panama you will need to rent housing and the Prime-Ex project has found a very correct approach to this problem. |

Focused on Panama, but there are so many benefits, because in order for you to live in Panama you will need to rent housing and the Prime-Ex project has found a very correct approach to this problem. Right. So, I read the whitepaper a few times. Here's the thing. It's really hard for expats in Panama to buy a house, because banks won't finance them easily. So, Prime-Ex will build houses and fiance them to expats - Their financial tool is called "Revolution Loan" and is tailored to expats. Better yet, if the expat has to move back to the country, Prime-Ex offers a buy back. Very well thought. |
