Bitfunder is shutting out US customers; lots of people are pulling out now.

As a quick note today, the contract on S Court fell through.

Owner decided he wanted $20k instead of $12.5k from us for the property. We *could* sue likely, but it won't be worth it. The house will end up being sold by the county in the next year or two, then it will be worth our time to look at it.

This frees up $30k+ in capital for the fund, so we can look at another property now. Sadly I've had to pass over 3 or 4 spectacular deals due to the fact the capital was tied up.

Going to talk to the bank next week or so about refinancing logan.

Mill street is almost done inside, after that we can install a renter, also while re-doing the siding at the same time. Refinance on that hopefully will start mid november.

Nothing out of the ordinary. I bought siding today to finish up mill street with, i've been posting videos and updates via the newsletter and even more so in our chat at #rentalstarter on freenode.

From what I can tell it has all to do with exchange woes.

With the suspension of stock on Bitfunder, we feel it now best for all shareholders to now begin the process of transferring stock to our DIRECT system.

To transfer , please send a SIGNED MESSAGE from your public ID to BrandonSchlichter@gmail.com (If you have not done so already) and note your Bitfunder user name & pulic ID in the email.

Then transfer your shares to "RentalStarter" on Bitfunder.

Dividends will be delayed temporarily until we get stock transferred over to our direct system.

Our cutoff date is Dec 5th for the transfer to direct shares. All shares not confirmed & sent back for direct conversion will be considered forfeit and split between remaining shareholders based on holdings as of December 6th 2013.

Do I transfer the shares right away after sending an e-mail? Can you see the user name that transferred shares to your account on BitFunder?

Would like to suggest CryptoTrade as an alternative to migrate your security/asset to.  Direct shares can be awkward to trade.
Their new Securities/assets platform which supports BTC/LTC/XPM/PPC denominated securities/assets has been officially launched this week.
Its incredible convenient as they offer Crypto/FIAT trading pairs as well Crypto/Crypto pairs,  dividends are paid directly to the users accounts and its available to them immediately to do as they wish without having to withdraw to another site/wallet or wait for it to accrue.
Fees are low and users can fund their accounts with USD/EURO using one of the supported payment processors, purchase BTC/LTC directly on site and be ready to invest or trade.

Trying to figure out what exchange, our lawyer really needs to approve it.

Thankfully our request has been quite successful and we can now account for approximately 98,000 shares out of 110,000 issued shares. If you are on the list I still do not have the direct shares set on my end. Please contact me as soon as possible.

We're very close to being listed on a NEW exchange, hopefully doing so within a month.

You can buy/sell shares directly via our new order book. I'll PM with info.
