Still can`t send MSR from GUI wallet to exchange - transaction is in "waiting" mode for hours/days/weeks. It sees like it try to looks like BTC - where I had 1 transaction from November 2017 and it is in "process" nowadays))). Is any ideas?

To what exchange are you trying to send MSR?

I tried both - Southxchange and Stock.Exchange, use address and IDs. I had only 1 completed transaction in beginning of December.

I use Southxchange and everything is okay. I transfer MSR las wendsday.
Stock.Exchange, I have problem to login since this weekend, I don't know if there is a general problem.-

There are a few differences, many of them are minor (i.e. static mixin of 12), with one major feature difference. The Monero base has also been refactored for Masari's purposes.
Currently the only major feature difference is integration of a new WHM difficulty algorithm that was needed to tackle our early network flash mining problems, and I submitted a pull request upstream to Monero to initiate conversation regarding this feature, https://github.com/monero-project/monero/pull/2887
This project will focus on scalability, with expermental on-chain scalability solutions (as opposed to 2nd layer). The first pass of this will be constrained in the blockchain paradigm through uncle mining, which will secure the network in a way that allows us to safely drop the emission rate (for better latency).
