Why do some government ban bitcoin?

I think the reason behind why do government banned bitcoin in their country is they not capable enough to adopt this king of opportunity.
The government always protect the both rights of the both parties and I think that is reason why they do it since most of the countries are not yet develop and civilized.

The law always provide protection for both parties and I think that is the reason why they banned bitcoin.
Banning bitcoin does not mean they are illegl it just that not all countries are well develop and civilize to afford this king of opportunity.

For me government ban bitcoin because government did not control of users or investors of bitcoin and people get many money and government did not get a tax from bitcoin and i think also why government ban the bitcoin because of many persons did not work in company so that the government did not get a tax of employee.for me the most reason of government why bitcoin ban because bitcoin is not a taxable.

I think personally, Bitcoin in some countries does not allow the use of bitcoin because they have no way to control and track it, they can not do any taxes and can be used for illegal activities, they are afraid their citizens can use them in illegal transactions once they know about it Most people who do illegal things prefer to use bitcoins there instead of making other payment transactions because they are anonymous and untraceable, which is why they are afraid.

I think because banks generally charge fees for doing anything with money, even just holding on to it. That's because the banks have created a level of trust that transactions pass smoothly and everything is recorded and accounted for correctly.

And bitcoin enables one digital wallet (that can be stored on a phone) to directly connect with another securely and process a transaction.

As such, it removes the need for any kind of traditional bank or regulator.

Some government ban Bitcoin because they think Bitcoin is a threat in their banking industry. Also government can't claim tax from bitcoin. Because virtual transaction has no tax. Government can't check if the transaction is legal on not.

Currently China banned bitcoin when btc price in down position. The banned system of other country is for their own good. I think the main reason is because of cybercrime many accounts are being hacked and money looted, since government's revenue isn't from it, I think that's why it has been banned.

Maybe because they can't hold it. I mean, bitcoin is decentralized, not own by any government. They can't even put a tax on it. That might be their reason for banning bitcoin, in my perspective.

these are based on my opinion. Bitcoin is banned to some countries because the government believe that bitcoin is used to buy illigal things. Also they ban bitcoin because they cannot control it, they cannot put tax on it, another reason is because bitcoin is to unstable, its price suddenly goes up and down. One possible reason could be the government is not quite confident of what bitcoin can cause to their nation. Furthermore, they are not yet sure what would be the possible outcome of letting their country's citizen to use bitcoin. This is why the government is cautious when it comes to accepting and legalizing bitcoin.

Point A government's sets bitcoin ban not because they know what bitcoin is and what the bitcoin is, the government is told what it is bitcoin and so on but the government keeps claiming bitcoin as a threat to banking.

It has a point anyway but I am sure that the government knows the bitcoin because it is a crypto currency they just hide it to their people so that they can control the flow of tax. As we all know bitcoin has no taxes be  has a large transaction fee.

Some government ban bitcoin, because the main reason is they never get tax from the people who earn btc. If most of people are invest in bitcoin, so they could no longer control people anymore. Because we know that bitcoin has no tax and no government can control it. Some government banned bitcoin because they cannot control it. What will they do is banned it. Some reasons are identities of millionares people are hidden. Thats why they cannot give taxes. And some money came from bitcoin are used by bad persons to bad transactions.
