What about Novaexchange. From what i understand they do not support wallets that are not btc based. Correct?

Partially agreed since Monero is not truly anonymous...
More like: Zcash (zkSNARKs for privacy/anonymity) with BTC tech
Since BTC got lost in sea of huge miners and companies trying to completely centralize it, BTCZ is offering those values that BTC lost on waves of commercialism (like community developed,decentralized and organic with memory of Thaddeus Kosciuszko )

Of course there is, the community is submitting everyday to various exchanges you can do your part and submit requests to also show demand. 

Exchanges don't list COINS overnight usually, and especially not the larger ones.

Pool has to find a block before paying miners. Shares are not mined coins...

And with the pool's current hashrate I doubt it would find any. Especially with those pool hoppers on suprnova, who are making blocktime and diff go crazy...

Poloniex - not possible right now.

First user base has to grow. Then few non paying exchanges.

If traders decide to support this coin - remember they are in it only to profit - then more miners join the show.

Hashrate increases, price goes up general masses spot the coin, trading blooms - poloniex sees an opportunity to earn on trading fees. Also they are very picky about new coins. Xvg for example is having a good trading volume on bittrex every day, its 3 years old and still not listed on poloniex.

When the miner first starts, it’s at a low difficulty which shows many shares. Then it changes to a high difficulty and shows less shares but the higher difficulty shares are worth more than low difficulty shares. So even though it reports less, they are worth more. It lets the pool know your working on the block.

You don’t want it to hash low difficulty shares even though it looks like it is finding more shares they really don’t count much.

That's perfectly normal.  When you first start the miner you always see many shares because the difficultly hasn't adjusted to your given hashrate yet.
