I apologize for interrupting and asking questions that not everyone will like, but coinomi wallet is proprietary software since 2016. Proprietary software is not a good idea to store coins. There are still many users of this wallet? Will we definitely get a good result by spending this money to listing at coinomi? Or we can spend this money (+ add some more) to be listed on some big and known exchange?

Please vote folks.
Please also visit https://info.btcz.rocks as well.

We've just released ZCL wallet for our friend coin.
https://github.com/bitcoinz-pod/bitcoinz-wallet/releases/tag/ZCL_1.1.0.3
They plan to merge ZCL & BTC blockchains and make Bitcoin Private which is cool idea.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ntf2V5VJQmg

BitcoinZ team is mentioned in the wallet.
Of course BTCZ is the best coin on the market as we are fully decentralized Smiley

Alright.  This whole mine for 24hrs thing gave me an idea.  One person mines for the BTCZ portion and the other mines to contribute to the BTC portion of the Coinomi application.  I have setup another address on RagnarPool which will only be used for the BTC portion.  All exchanges will be displayed transparently including exchange rate, txid, and all other applicable information pertaining to both the BTCZ address and the BTC address.  I will leave it up to the community to decide when to exchange the BTCZ for BTC (exchange rate, amount of BTCZ accrued, etc etc)

Feel free to switch off or pick between the BTC portion:
http://pool.bitcoinzguiding.ovh/workers/t1Yk5cRpwGiK4KWyv5XovXy2hbKtzxMnXra

or the BTCZ portion:
http://pool.bitcoinzguiding.ovh/workers/t1fHHnAXxoPWGY77sG5Zw2sFfGUTpW6BcSZ

Lets get this addition to one of the most popular mobile wallets!!!  Feel free to add this to the OP if need be.  We need to get more traction and involvement going.  Show everyone this community is a force to be reckoned with!

Mining BTCZ then dumping them for BTC doesn't seem a great idea to me. Instead, why not mining ZEC for the fundraiser's address instead? Same algo.
Doing this the price of BTCZ will not go down due to the huge amount we'd have to sell with your idea, and besides funds would go directly in the community-trusted fundraiser's address.

Anyway, added a link to the pool for BTCZ fund address on my page http://btcz.altervista.org/coinomi.html

Whatever address we donate-mine to other than directly to BTC, will need to be exchanged for BTC at some point by the devs.  But to each is own.  Just trying to help out and get the ball rolling a little bit faster.

My point was, don't take it personally, less middlemen the better, by mining ZEC directly to the ZEC fund address we need to trust the devs to convert those funds and send them to Coinomi, by mining BTCZ on a separate address we need to trust you to convert and send them as BTC AND the devs sending those funds for Coinomi.

Again, it's not a personal attack, but if we can make funds pass the least amount of people possible, it's intrinsecally better.

And also the other problem, if we mine BTCZ then sell them for BTC, price will drop. And we don't want this. We must HODL as much as possible right now, when this fundraising is done, the price will moon.

Fair enough.  Well I have transferred the 2680 and some change BTCZ that I mined to the "BTC oriented wallet" to the community wallet.
TX for transparency: https://bitcoinz.ph/tx/05a70808aa2c50618485b0085490400abe24dda28f6627e9e339eaa83a6dab4f

Good idea. Mine ZEC, and direct mining time to BTCZ-community ZEC address: t1ef9cxzpToGJcaSMXbTGRUDyrp76GfDLJG
so, we avoid the "dumping BTCZ" issue when converting to BTC.

also, this web page is a great job: http://btcz.altervista.org/coinomi.html

Thanks BTCZ community! It fells great to have your support for the Coinomi partnership. Negotiations take time and a lot of spirit to put forward, but given the community commitment to this idea, it really fells good.

We are truly working together, and this is a real and unique felling. Our BTCZ project is going to grow. Now I am sure of that.

Community commitment is rare
and indeed, it is here to stay

May we all crypto battle and prosper together!

In fact, this will not bring any harm or benefit to the coin. If the community leaves the mining - their place will be taken by others and will sell coins in the same way.

What do you think about the update btcz from equihash to lyra2z? This variation of the zero protocol is much more progressive, more energy efficient, has purse protection, supports both POS and POW mining.

Now there is such a trend that many investors prefer systems with POS. Because they allow investors to get their %  in anticipation of the growth rate, while on the system with POW they just pay for someone else's mining. Look at a bunch of new shitcoins on the neoscript - they all are more popular for investors than the BTCZ because they support POS and POW. Look at the Zcoin - its rate go to the moon after adding POS.

And POS really contributes to decentralization. Most of the miners accumulate on a small number of pools, while the POS nodes prefer to work solo because of the safety of their own coins.

In addition, the lira2z algorithm is much easier to integrate into the wallets of exchanges, all exchanges that support lyra2v easily accept lira2z.

Unrar> spend part of your coins > send balance to another paper wallet that was generated offline.

I also share your feeling. It used to be very informative.

I hope the devs and the people behind the scenes do understand that a big % of people dont bother joining all the info channels. Many dont read tweeter, facebook, info.btcz.rocks (they should but the fact is they dont). Their only sorce of quick and easy accessable news if the OFFICIAL ann.

Devs please be more informative here. Thanks.

Still missing some input on this one and my comment before that. A month ago I was told that a marketing strategy with a regular newsletter is on the way but no sign of it.

I used to think pre-mining was kind of a stigma, but setting aside coins in the beginning to encourage marketing is actually a really cool incentive.

There is no BCH address currently open for donations, there are already 4 other currencies for the first part: BTC, ETH, LTC, ZEC. You can use shapeshift.io to donate your BCH, just select BCH>ZEC and put the destination address t1ef9cxzpToGJcaSMXbTGRUDyrp76GfDLJG, then send your BCH to the address provided by shapeshift.

You can see other addresses and track the progress of the fundraising here http://btcz.altervista.org/coinomi.html
