I still do not fully understand the benefits of the LAToken business model as compared to the traditional model.
May be in this form will be clearer for you.  Local custodian holds property -- Custodian can be international, there will be many certified custodians. Who will be such "international custodians"? |

It may be specialised legal services providers, bank services and partners with certified custodians ranging. |

Do you have any realistic price prediction for 2018 if all goes on like its planned?
We sure that LAT will grow fast, but it's up to market.
Please make me understand this, next round starts on Sep 19, but when I go to wallet I can actually buy tokens now  That's pre-sale stage where you can get 15% bonus.
The ICO is starting before you launch the bounties? How long will the ICO run? When will you have the bounties?

LAT price wiil grow with demand on it. The demand for LAT correlates with the trading volume at the LAT Exchange. Asset-backed token market has a potential to be at least $1 trillion in 2025. LAToken team are very professional and purposeful. They trading platform already larger than most competitors and has more advanced functional. LAToken will scale by attracting new partners, hiring local representatives, growing their online-platform. Lists of partners ready to onboard is constantly replenished. LAT has good chanses to become the leader and to grow with the market. |

The demand for such enterprises is growing now, because all the customers want low transaction costs, transparency and speed. Will be simple competition for a share in the constantly growing demand. LAToken Team looks like the strongest among all the competitors for me. I think demand for LAT will grow much more quickly. LAT price will grow too.  |

As for real estate, I have a question. Can the owner tokenize it if it has mortgage?

What problems you are solving on equity market?
The model is to reduce transaction fees significantly and to allow buying of however small a part of equity. And it is faster as well. Just read their whitepaper, the concept is impressing. |

gtac01,there is no problem. You just need to use only tokens in your clearing-off. Crypto currencies must become fully alternative to traditional financial system for this. I doubt that this is possible. |
