There are techniques. But using them is a market manipulation.
If I were from the LAToken Team, I would be strongly against it. This could lead to problems more serious than a couple of moaning flippers.

It will change when the bubble bursts. And all the cryptocurrencys will be worth the money. Such growth, which is now at btc - is not normal

You can use your BTC to pay for things in some developed countries. But LAToken is going to be a global project, that's what does matter.
The problem here will be when guys from Malaysia or Chile are complaining like: "When is there a trustee in our country???".

Ah another middleman token. I do think these will make it easier to own weird assets worldwide. LAtoken might even be the one that takes off and gets adopted by the mainstream and hedge funds in order to diversify. Now people can diversify into assets they could not touch previously. I think art is a great example. How do you invest in a $50 million painting if you can't afford it. The only way currently is to invest in a hedge fund that will buy that painting and try to resell it eventually. Only qualified investors can invest in such funds and the fees are usually very steep. If LAtoken can fix these problems it will be much easier to diversify outside of the normal stock and bond markets. I can't wait for the opportunity to invest in something that is not correlated to either the stock or bonds markets. That way I have some safety if their is a market collapse.

That's why the paradigm itself must change. Not sure if LAToken by itself can spur this kind of change, but an ecosystem of such global projects with global vision is capable of doing so indeed.

There is that "other" type of assets they have, I believe if you've got a trustee for a weird industry you can tokenize virtually anything.

You keep saying nonsense. They can't sell their tokens, they've got enormous amount of them which they are highly motivated to hodl while increasing demand for 'em.
