But can you explaine a little more about SEC? you want to regulate all question with them? We must pay tax from our dividends or no?

a) re SEC: Specifically we would use our U.S law firm to initiate talks with the CFTC that regulates such platforms (look at Nadex forexample which is CFTC regulated). We do not have a timeline on when or if a grant would be delivered as the market is protectionist to a certain degree. Hence it is not included in our forecasts.

b) Dividends are paid gross; declaring them to the taxman is your responsibility. We do not net away tax prior to disbursing them.
