This is really strange, my believe was that by now the ICO would have been close to the hard cap, this is one of the best ICO currently if not the best and investors seems to be ignoring it, what a big steal for we investors if it end with low marketcap

For many people it may not be very clear, what Spectre does and what it is going to change. Only traders understand it at the first sight. Investors, when they understand and realize what prospects Spectre really has ahead may come later. Spectre has not been so long in publicity, and the word needs more time to really spread widely. |

Totally agree with you, my believe was hard cap it could been reached on pre sale, but hey I was wrong. There are not many ICOs today that show a working platform and spectre is one of them |

Spectre collects funds and it's not bad. But I expected fast fees and it seemed that the hard cap would be easily achieved.
For me, this is one of the indicators that now ICO has difficult times in general.

Hardcap is $30 million. If hardcap reached, ICO will be over. There is no reason for ICO still running when hardcap is reached. |

Autolove. 11% available on first week of the crowdsale - so up till Friday 24th of November. Aftert that no bonus. Yes, you receive the tokens on your wallet immediately after sending the ETH. Use only ERC20 compatible wallets e.g. MyEtherWallet (MEW). Do not use an exchange wallet. If you use, the tokens go to the exchange - not you. Those wallets are not individual wallets. |

Contributions will increase towards the 24 November. I hope for a successful ICO. If the value of the contributed ETH keeps increasing or changing with the price, I think it is an advantage now for ETH contributors if it affects the reward. 11% is still good advantage not like the ridiculous 50% some projects do.
