The marketing behind NapoleonX is great.
They show up at a lot of events and will gain a lot of investors by doing this. Im agree. A lot of founders even afraid to show their real face. But here devs working at their product and adversiting in different regions  |

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

They show up at a lot of events and will gain a lot of investors by doing this. This project is getting a larger and larger each day. Cant wait to see this ICO start. Very curious how things will go. When I saw their project first time, I said it is a good project but the soft cap is too high and worried that if they can't reach it. But after some time, I realize how marvelous job they are doing in the marketing area, my worries are gone now. Your worries are gone? I am still nervous, but maybe because I mainly visit this forum and have not gone to the conferences where they had their presentation. Do you know anything about the reception of their presentations in the real world? I would recommend you to check out there yt-channel. Of course it´s not the same, but for me it was enough to join and put my worries away!! |

As I am a bad trader this will help me a lot especially for people who come new to crypto will benefit a lot from such bots.
all traders even the best ones need sometime a little help,a good working bot is always welcome for everyone... Same question now I don't know if I should trade my altcoins to bitcoin fork or not for such decisions bots will be really helpful although they don't know if the fork will be successful. |

NPX voters and Strategy Managers get paid in DAF tokens once a month. But what happens with the equivalent amount of ETH and the underlying assets (eg. Future contracts) in the meantime?
Do not forget that botons are performance fees paid in DAF new token. That means that there is no cash movement when botons are paid. So the exposure in real assets do not change at all, only the value of the DAF tokens are affected. And this is done on a continous basis through the use of provisions that are reset at the end of the month when new DAF token are issued in the case of positive performance and higher highs. When I asked that question I thought paying out DAF tokens also meant setting apart the ETH equal to the value of the DAF tokens. But of course that only happens when liquidating, right? No, Performance fees are paid in DAFs tokens that can be freely exchangeable once issued and will also be backed by ETH in the corresponding DAFs, contrary to a lot of project. If DAFs token holders want to have access to these ETH, they will need to collectively agree to do that with a 75% threshold. This is a security mechanism to ensure trust in the DAFs assets as they could be redeemed at any time. |

The only issue I have with this project is the price of their ICO, 1Ether = 100 tokens which to me is value quite high, I could remember this was what Bancor team did too and the price has been going down since the ICO ends
The price of a token is artificial as we could have multiply the number of tokens by 1000 and divide their value by 1000. We would have been left with the same target amount raised and a token 1000x cheaper. But each token would have 1/1000 right attached, so it's the same for investors anyway. 1 token is priced at 3 USD, so you can always lower this price artificially but penny stocks are not stocks normal investors like to hold. They like expensive stocks and quality has a "price". |

Napoleon Crypto Platform (including website, Index publisher, Reporting system and Voting system) - 4000 ETH As I understand, this is minimum requiments raised funds for working project? Where did you get that? the min cap is 25000 ETH In their whitepaper... on page 11. Oh... really. Min cap 25k ETH... Min Cap = First ICO tranche 25 000 Yeah , they cant continue the project with only that 4k ETH budget. Need some other (asset management license, set up cost etc) like in the whitepaper. I think that 25k ETH is the minimization of the 40k ETH soft cap. Did I miss something ? From where are those 4k you're talking about ? I am really wondering what would happen with the project when the NPX indeed reaches the soft cap but then won't raise the 20 000 ETH SC in their DAF ICO. That would mean that there bots got no money to trade with, right? You are right in your analysis. What is clear is that we would be reluctant to launch a DAF that is too small in size because of some fixed cost. Below 5000 k ETH it might not make a lot of sense. So in theory we would launch a DAF even if we do not reach the 20k ETH mark to do so. If for example, we raise 30k ETH above the 40k ETH target, it is very likely that we would launch 2 DAFs with 15k ETH each. With regards to DAFs that are launch with external money, we would not want to go below this 20kETH because you might have additonal costs as they will pull money from investors and for security and transparency reasons, we might have to implement a specific structuring to make everyone happy and safe. As promoter of this project, our interest is in launching the first DAFs asap in order to initiate this long series of DAFs that will generate money for all of us. |

All my attempts to trade were unsuccessful. Until now, I have a large colony of coins, which only fall. I'm waiting for automatic trading from Napoleon
I know that feel. I also have a pile of tokens now. They go up and down and I just watch them doing so but, I cannot decide when to sell or buy. Look at support and resistance levels, pre determine when you want to take out a bit of original investment. dont let emotionals control your decisions. People think panic sell is the worst, but HODling without reason it worse  or wait for napoleonx!! The problem is the number of different tokens I have. I can not keep up with each and every token so, I need something like NaPoleonX to handle this sort of stuff for me. Will their bots be able to trade different tokens at the same time, or they will be programed for specific coin? If its the first one, than it will be doing a job of accountant and a broker at the same time Our bots are necessarily designed to trade tokens. Most of our existing algos run on real assets where liquidity will enable the DAFs to trade large size and hence boost returns for NPX token holders. Each bot have been design to trade a unique underlying for clarity and lisibility. |
