    “Bitcoin is processing a bit less than three transactions per second. Ethereum is doing five a second. Uber gives 12 rides a second. It will take a couple of years for the Blockchain to replace Visa.”

Yes I agree that ETH is very good to be made as a long-term investment because the fundamentally is very good. ETH as a smart contract platform that use many ICO project, this will increase demand so that the price will increase in the long term. Also the volume and marketcap almost closer to Bitcoin. my prediction of ETH could be the price to go to $ 1000 this year.

I agree too! I also hold my eth token for a long time and I even add more eth token to my wallet for future used, I know that eth will grow bigger soon and maybe can surpass bitcoin.

yeah ico always arrives every day and many of them use the help of etherum platform to spread and distribute their tokens, with it etherum has great potential to continue to survive and even grow, so for the long term it can be said that etherum is a good investment to choose from

That was needed. Ethereum platform still has security problems, and this problems should be solved by the developers of the ethereum. Remember fund hacking attempts on august.

he should fix many bug on eth platform. erc 23 still have many bug. and some security on smart contract.

Yes that's true because the movement of ethereum is really like a turtle very slow but steady and for long time.  If you want to get something out of ethereum then you better be ready to invest for a year at least. If you checkout the historical data on coinmarketcap then you will understand the movement of ethereum is increasing very slowly on higher side and it takes huge dips in between as the bitcoin moves down. So it's really not the altcoin which can get you immediate profits. It's not even durable for long time according to me because if it would have been great at its performance then it should have crossed 1K mark by now. But you may wanna try luck this year, anything can happen in crypto world.

Even though the price of Ethereum has already appreciated significantly in 2017, there is still 10x, maybe even 100x long-term upside from current levels. Ethereum hasn’t come close to mainstream adoption yet, but here are hundreds, possibly thousands of applications in development. Many of these applications are focused on making Ethereum more accessible and user friendly.

I think so. because eth can be quite calculated for the future. eth involvement has been proven in various ico icons. almost all involve eth. This proved to have an eth something special. I think eth will be potentially profitable.

It's not that promising investmentbfir future because it holds many pros and cons altogether leading to ambiguous nature of altcoin. Ethereum though being used for smart contracts but it doesn't really prove its value completely in the other ways. It's just medium used in ERC 20 standards and the next version to be launched soon but having big bug issues. So it's still in beta phase with hutches in between and needs improvement to be proven as good investment. If the blockchain is not secure enough then how could they be made into good future investment in first place. :-)
