i disagree!

a good long term investment is not something that is bigger after a year. a good long term investment is something that goes up every month. for example if this month it is worth $10 then the next month it should be $11 and then next $12.
but in case of ETH for example the price is $10 then it is $9 then $8 ... $2 then it is pumped to $8 so everyone thinks it must be a good long term investment!!! and worst part is after $8 it starts the same drop again to $7, then $6 ...

I agree. There's a reason why it is always on top 2 behind Bitcoin and that's because people believes on what ETH can do. If there's a coin that could replace Bitcoin in the future that could be ETH.

I would say yes. This is the second biggest market cap after Bitcoin only, and one of the most popular cryptocurrencies ever in terms of volume and buzz.

Ethereum devs are much better than most of high profile ones in the market. I still think it as good future investment and even retirement fund. Its underpriced. It should solve network problems anyways.

I think ethereum can surely show some serious growth in the coming years and we can surely expect the price to reach the sky in the coming years. It is one of the most successful projects yet and we can expect the price to reach around 600$ by end of next year.

I agree that etherium is also good for long time investment. It is believed to be next to Bitcoin when it comes top cryptocurrency made by users depending on each of cryptos market value. Etherium is having a stable growth. Its market cap is now half of Bitcoin's if I'm not mistaken which is a good sign that it is continuously developing in all aspects. We may expect that it will be  more successful in the future.

Yes, I think it is great for long term investment. I believe Ethereum will increase its value in the next coming years so most likely it will be good for long term investment and it is progressing too just like bitcoin. Many developers also prefers to use the Ethereum blockchain recently especially those joining the ICO projects, so there really is room for growth for this coin.

Definitely, ETH has already the first move advantage and is therefore the pioneer in the smart contract field
even if someone threatens ETH, they can simply implement whatever the competition is offering within a matter of months

All "Real" Crypto projects are good for long term investments.
My long term is not open ended i will hold my investments for around 5 years.
Then i will get retired and spend my money

I think ethereum can show growth in future simply because of the fact that ethereum is the platform which hosts most of the ICOs and hence its one of the most used cryptocurrencies in the market. We can expect it's price to cross 500$ mark by end of this year.

Yes it is a good long term investment as much as possible I wouldn't sell my ETH when there is a bloody week and I'm not looking at the charts so that I won't be moving anything from my valuable coins. And these two are my focus for now for long term holding, bitcoin and ETH. Some of my tokens coming from ICO are being sold for ETH.
