What's wrong with paying for tokens directly from the Bittrex?

If you send the ETH from the Exchange the Tokens will be send to the Exchange address and you will most likely not receive them.

There's no softcap for the SmartBillions ICO.
The ICO will last appox. 2 weeks.

But please answer me: "How you plan to pay a winning 5 ETH bet (2 Billions ?!) if you only raise let say 10 million and put 90% of it in the jackpot."

If the winning will exceed 50 % of the Jackpot value the winner will be able to collect at once only 50 % of the Jackpot value, and each month he will be able to collect 50 % of the Jackpot value untill he withdraws all his winnings. This protects the lottery and ensures that lottery Jackpot will always be attractive for the players.

So basically you heavily advertise something extremely misleading by telling the "World's first multibillion"
There is absolutely no billion today since ultimately the value of the multiplier is limited to the Jackpot that will be 90% of the amount raised during ICO + a good amount in % of the future daily ticket sales.

The max win is not 2 324 000 000 (2.34 billion) USD*, the max win is the jackpot

The same SmartBillion jackpot can be up to 2.34 billion, TrueFlip jackpot could be 5 Billion, or EuroMillion is capped to 190 Million (but they never advertise 190 Million except when it's actually the actual true jackpot). This is completely misleading what you are doing....

The prize payouts in time are the cost common way to withdraw the funds from the lotteries.
