As a matter of fact we're moving in the direction of enhancing of the range of services and arranging partnerships with large corporations,
 including defence industry complex.

Our plan is:

1. Create (let's call it) Innovative Business Incubators - 4 sites. (Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Germany)

2. Support of promising scientists' projects at all stages (from development to commercialization).

3. Initiatives are to be funded with 80% of our resources and with 20% of investors' resources.

4. For this very reason, our first goal is to create support for the constant flow of money - the metrological GMP centers.

5. We have already started to bring the idea to the light and we are already receiving financial backing offerings for new projects.

6. So, our answer is "YES"
