I also know about similar project like uahpay but i think uahpay is the best because this project supported by ukranian government. So by supported by government it can give added value to this project and soon more people will interested with uahpay product

Its not a standard smart contract. We accept funds through our platform and distribute tokens after.

The main card platform is complete. We will begin issuing cards once the ICO ends. The general public will have a chance to get cards in Q2 2018.
