It seems that the pre-ICO date was changed to Friday, November 17, 2017 (12:00 GMT), but I can see the signature code is old, I think the bounty manager should update the signature code ASAP.

One of the collaboration being done by EARTH is with International Tourism Partnership (ITP) and the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).
This is a group distinct in their process in Hospitality Industry. This would help boost the actual connection that EARTH could have with different countries.
