@theratears
please check your "balance by exchange" if the coin amounts matches the balances on the wallets (to check via block explorer or live view). If something is wrong there please let us know the wallet ID and TX ID via ticket/E-Mail.

@dr1ver
You find prices on the Coin chart report (https://cointracking.info/coin_charts.php)

On my version of that report, I see charts, a table of end of year prices, and some current data. As mentioned, I need daily prices for at least 50 days in order to calculate correlations. Is there something basic I'm missing?

@dr1ver
We do not have those data in a table available per day. You could use CMC. They have those data available and they are our price source.

Please "bulk delete" all your ETH transactions assuming that you import them via ETH API (https://cointracking.info/import/eth_address/). Then please use "check now" to re-import your ETH transactions.
Please create a backup of your data first and regularly.

@Andreas_CoinTracking

I asked Crypto.com and apperendly the Crypto.com app is different from the Crypto.com exchange. And both use different referral codes.  Undecided
the helpdesk says the CTCRYPTO code is for the exchange part. I tried it there too but still is doesn't accept it.
I suggest you now check your side and maybe add both the app and exchange referral code. Smiley

@PyeHzqOd
Okay, understand. We will check on that.
You get the 25 USD CRO Bonus only if you order a Visa Card and if you stake your CRO.
Please make sure you have done this so far.

What's going on with VEN in Cointracking database?

When I look at VEN in https://cointracking.info/coin_charts.php it looks as if Cointracking is merging two coins into one: I see the name of the coin is "ImpulseVen" instead of "VeChain", but it has the logo of VeChain (which is a dead coin because of the VEN to VET token swap) and I see in the graph the price of VeChain up until 2019 and then the price of ImpulseVen on 2021.

Now if I look at my own VEN invested back in 2018 Cointracking is calling it "ImpulseVen" and giving it the price that VeChain had back then (which is what I actually invested). Is this kind of thing happening with other coins too?

Hello
I've been using CoinTracking now since the start of the year and very happy so far.
One feature which I think would make a real difference for those of us who are holding and trading, is a portfolio rebalancing tool.
I want to know what my current holdings are in $ value and in % allocation, but I also want to calculate how much of a coin I would need to sell to rebalance my portfolio to different % allocation.
E.g. If I own 50% Bitcoin and 50% Ethereum, but I want 60/40, how much of one do I sell to give me the intended allocation?
At the moment, I am using an Excel sheet that I created, copying my CoinTracking allocation of coins ($ value, % allocation, current value per coin) and I am calculating using simple formulas.
It would be amazing if CoinTracking could do this for me!
Is this on the roadmap or are you aware of tools that could do this already?
Thanks

@dragoat
The first part is already there on the current balance report (https://cointracking.info/current_balance.php) with those numbers you would like to see (percent allocation = % of total, value in USD).
The second part we do not have but we add this on our improvement list. Thank you for your patience here.

The ETH network auto import have SERIOUS issues.

When importing Uniswap trades, sometimes import two txs, for example:

1 trade where I exchange 1 BITCOIN for 35000 USDC.
1 deposit of 35000 USDC

The deposit shouldn't exist. This doubles the transaction and destroys all the cointracking data ... I've been seeing these errors for several weeks and they keep happening. Today several transactions like this from operations from months ago have been imported, and it has taken me an hour to locate them.

@entertainment
Please send us a ticket with the following information (or E-Mail to support@cointracking.info)
1. your account user name
2. importer you are using
3. Wallet ID affected
4. Example transaction hash
We will check on this then of course.

Possibly you are using the "old" ETH importer on the bottom. We recommend using the new one while (group) deleting all ETH transactions (backup first!) and then re-import using the new ETH importer on top.

With all the new import updates do we need to do anything like removing and adding the wallet back in, or will it update everything automatically?
