If your ETH balances with DEX trades do match within your account there is nothing to do here. If you have not matching balances please delete all your ETH transactions and re-import your ETH wallet jobs - see "Bulk Edit/Delete - Instructions" (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000032637?lang=en).
Please create backup of your data beforehand and regularly as described here: "Create backup, restore or export your account data" (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000031008-create-backup-restore-or-export-your-account-data/en)
You can now add a unique Wallet (exchange) name to each job to separate those wallets if needed.

The Short & Long Report has been completely revised and supports from now on:
- all tax methods where a holding period can be calculated (FIFO, LIFO, HIFO...)
- selection of individual coins in the chart to display the holding period for the next 12 months
- precise calculation of all transactions to the second
- significantly faster calculation of all short & long data

Updates and Improvements
- New IDEX API import (new API keys have to be created because IDEX has deactivated the old API)
- The IDEX API now supports GAS fees

- Support for internal transactions between sub-accounts with the Binance API
- Binance API update for the import of futures and options, which are now fully imported (margin trade profits/losses are still not provided by Binance)

- Support for withdrawal fees in the Huobi API
- Coinbase API update (automatic restart of imports if they are interrupted by technical errors on Coinbase)

- Extension of the "Validate Transactions" report to show transactions with incorrect fees
- Better error description for all CSV imports
- For all Blockchain and Wallet imports, all transaction-types can be set from now on (airdrop, interest, staking, etc.)
- New report "Coin per Exchange", shows the location of all coins, assets and currencies

is there something wrong with the Realized/Unrealized page?

The realized loss is showing when I run a tax report, but it is not showing up under that page?

If you did not sell them there are part of your "unsold positions".
And once they are coming in as "staking" (=income transaction type) they are listed on the Income report as part of your tax report.

To check your account individually please reach out to us via our Ticket tool within your account or sending an E-Mail to support@cointracking.info and add your account username there. Thank you.

I have a similar issue - I staked DOTs on Kraken (DOT2).  CT imports a "withdrawal" transaction and then staking "deposit" transaction for the staking rewards but CT doesn't append my coin balance.

Other than the obvious balance reporting issue which CT should fix, I have three questions: 1) Why is a "withdrawal" imported? 2) Why is a staking "deposit" imported? 3) Isn't there a better way to have this entered into CT?

@greentea: Please check your "missing transaction report" page (https://cointracking.info/missing_transactions.php) and correct your transactions as described on the page and here: White entries (no match) in Missing Transactions Report (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/29000033710-white-entries-no-match-in-missing-transactions-report). After correcting those the reports will be fine.

@Plenty: this is the case as the "staked coins" leave your account (withdrawal) and they come back later after unstake/unfreeze as a deposit. The "rewards" come in as "staking" transaction which is an income transaction. If you want to monitor your coins during the "freeze" time you can add a counterpart transaction manually at "Kraken Staking" or delete the withdrawals and add a start date at your API job to prevent the re-import of those transactions.

We can help you for cointracking.info if your send us a ticket or E-Mail to support@cointracking.info with your username.

cointracker.io is another tool and normally not part of this thread. So I suggest to ask them if you need some help there.

We have Bitrue in the top 10 requested exchanges on our list.
Currently, we are gathering information. It would help if you could provide us the following information according the process described in our FAQ:
"Request process, when exchange is not listed on CoinTracking / add new exchange" (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/29000007209-request-process-when-exchange-is-not-listed-on-cointracking-add-new-exchange)
We would appreciate if you send us an E-Mail at support@cointracking.info or open a ticket with these information.

hi,
a coin swap is not a taxable event, how can we mark a swap at cointracking? I see trade, deposit, tip, bonus, a lot of options, but I don't see a swap, why don't you have this event?

Hi, just imported only an ETH address into the site and have a couple questions:

1) a couple of the tokens are misidentified. I can see on your list of tokens the correct one, but is there a way to tell cointracking to permanently view the trades as involving the correct token?

2) Almost everything is correct but for some reason the amount of ETH onhand is not matching what i actually have. I'm confused as I only imported the eth address and everything else is right. Is there something obvious for me to check?

Can you add support for tracking adding tokens to Uniswap liquidity pools? Not sure how to input this as it stands now. for example, I can submit ETH and USDC to Uniswap to add liquidity to their pool to collect fees, and doing this yields Uni-V2 tokens but not sure how to track this in cointracking.info

Would love a reply, thanks!

@asdsvsd
This is described in this FAQ "How to import DEX trades like Uniswap, 0x, Kyber Network, SushiSwap" (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000036759?lang=en)

@justsomequestions
1) Just share the ticker which are wrongly imported via E-Mail at support@cointracking.info or open a ticket with these information. We will then adjust the importer. For now you need to manually adjust the ticker as described here: Entering / Editing Renamed or Re-branded Coins (e.g. ANS and NEO) (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000018053)
2) Possibly you have imported DEX trades from the past wrongly. So we suggest to delete all ETH transactions via "Bulk Edit/Delete - Instructions" (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000032637?lang=en) and re-import them again. See here as well: "How to import DEX trades like Uniswap, 0x, Kyber Network, SushiSwap" (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000036759?lang=en)
Please create backup of your data beforehand and regularly as described here: "Create backup, restore or export your account data"(https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000031008?lang=en )
Otherwise send us an E-Mail as mentioned above with your account user name to check it individually.

Thanks, looked at the guide but this doesn't actually cover the use case I mention, to be clear adding to the liquidity pool is NOT exactly like doing a trade/swap on a DEX like Uniswap, but perhaps you can clarify if this would capture liquidity pool additions regardless?

To explain further, on Uniswap you can submit two types of currency to the liquidity pool for that pair to get UNIV2 tokens representing that pair which can later be put back in the pool in exchange for a proportion of the pool's currencies, earning interest on each trade in that pair along the way. Since you don't 'lose' your underlying currency but do swap two currencies for one set of UNIV2 token it seems this use case isn't currently covered by cointracking.info at all. From what I can tell some competitors (namely Cointracker) seem to track this already

More info: https://uniswap.org/docs/v2/core-concepts/pools/

Uniswap and DeFi (along with this concept of adding to liquidity pools since DeFi doesn't rely on centralized third parties and as such needs a way to act as market maker, which liquidity pools do) will only get larger as time goes on so I think it's def worthwhile to add functionality for this into cointracking.info directly.

Just created an account to comment about Uniswap LP tokens as well.
They way it ends up working is you have X coin A and Y coin B, and on uniswap you exchange both for some calculated number of Uniswap V2 LP tokens.
In order to model this correctly in Cointracking, I think what would be necessary would be:
A type of transaction (correct me if I'm wrong and this is already possible) that lets you "sell" X coin A and Y coin B for Uniswap V2 A-B LP tokens, with a manually set cost basis of the combined X+Y at the time of the providing (this is because the LP tokens are never actually traded on a market...) .
Then later on, you would be considered "selling" the A-B LP token  for X+/-some% coin A and Y+/-some% coin B with respective cost basis of each coin as per the market.

No idea the best way to represent this on cointracking.

@Nerome
The easiest way would be to import ERC2x transactions via ETH API(https://cointracking.info/import/eth_address/). Please check if your CORE trade is imported here.
See this article as well: How to import DEX trades like Uniswap, 0x, Kyber Network, SushiSwap (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000036759?lang=en)
But if you do not own them then not sure why it should be a trade. Once a trade take place you own the coins.
Another idea would be to add those transactions at a separate "virtual" wallet with those trades. Possibly if it ends you get the ETH back which will be another trade
Then you can add the income as "staking" oder "interest income". They will appear in the income report as part of your tax report.
This FAQ could helps as well: Loans and their repayments (https://cointracking.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/29000033408?lang=en)

And if you trade 2 currencies and receive 1 amount of LP Tokens and vise versa you can take 50% of the LP token amount and add it as counterpart currency for one of your currencies. And the other 50% for the other one which are part of the trade(s).
