I think 25k users in the whitelist that buys at least 20k usd (2M) tokens each is not even possible. Tokens costs 0.01 $ each so 20k usd it's 2M tokens.

25k * 20M = 50B.
They have only 2.5B for presale and crowdsale. Tell me how, or my math sucks?

In the meantime, there are 100,000 participants in the telegram group in the Refereum. It looks like it will be hot on the token-sale. And put a minimum cap of $ 20 million on the pre-sale, but at the same time $ 20k does not guarantee the participation. It's powerful.
On the other hand, it is better to put the maximum cap for the participants of the pre-sale so that as many people can invest.

I don't think the reward points had a major impact on the number of joiners in the group because I've seen other telegram groups with huge rewards for joining has big following but not as big as Refereum's.

I think it is because they already have a following somewhere other than crypto circles.

Also they are attracting streamers from twitch and unity to come on their platform. Refereum grown so fast I can't imagine the FOMO after listing. SHould be huge
