It looks like someone using the ETH blockchain to share his referral code around. Your wallet isn't compromised, every ETH address is publicly showed on any block explorer. Years back people used to send 0.00000001 BTC transactions to every address with a message attached on it, as to reach a wide audience for a small tx fee.

he has been identify, he said it was intended as a joke for a a few users  , and did not expect to propagate so fast to 700k addresses . Anyhow he is in progress of fixing it .

Hey guys. Once the tokens have fully removed from everyone's balance and I know it's finally done with I'm going to leave the Refereum community. What I done was selfish, immature and stupid. I'm really sorry if you received a token with my Refereum referral link. I really am. When I first done this I thought it was harmless fun and then when I woke up the next day i realized that what I done was stupid. I have been panicking trying to remove from everyone's but it seems like Etherscan is taking forever to slowly remove it. I wish I could make it go faster but I can't. I have high hopes for the future for Refereum. It's great community and there's great people part of it, and I'm glad that I took part in the discussions and bringing ideas to the table with you all. The Refereum team is full of friendly and smart people and they will make this project a success and so will the community. I think it's for the best that I do not take part anymore. I feel like I have tarnished Refereum by smearing my referral link everywhere.  The damage is done and I can't repair it. If I could go back in time and change it, I would. Thanks for letting me take part. Sorry.

I’ve been investing in ICOs for almost two years and haven’t seen a market so bearish toward new coins in a while. Even super hyped coins like Gems and Refereum came out -60/80%

Precisely the best time to invest. Which is the bottom or the near bottom. And for those selling, do you think it will dump forever? "Real" ICO projects have the funds to complete their whitepaper which has better chances to succeed than projects relying on donations or pre-mine.

Seen also that price for ICO was 0.02 USD so there are some unknown info as well.

The team did a good job. I know how hard it is to add a new token to the exchange. In the future, I hope, there will be larger exchanges.

I also think that refereum need go to higher rang of the exchanges, but I also looked at the Korean exchanges on the place of the team, there are more liquidity and Koreans are notable gamblers, I think the idea of this project has come to their liking. And at a price this would be well reflected.

The team is not commenting on listing on exchanges for legal reasons. The growth of the platform and continued developments to increase the utility of the token and drive adoption of the platform is the team's sole focus.Very good.

Yeah, Right now it's not even at ICO price. When RFR gets listed on top exchanges and with rapid developments price will increase significantly.

If you are connected or observing the market permanently will surely come to know that in a week time price has been doubled. This is huge recovery which is hundred percent. This is not all what it could but the process is indicating the rebounding and clearing the way for next moves. It is quite confidence boosting pattern which is great.
