While there might be some appeard similarity, it is completely different basis. While SportyFi derives from the word “sport” + financing, Spotify derives from the word “spot” + addition. Also, it is completely different industry. So, we do not expect any legal or other issues.

Yes, quantity of tokens is limited. A maximum of 200.000.000 tokens will be issued during the Crowdsale (during myhe so called “minting” process, i.e. issuance of tokens as the smart contract receives ETH). Latter on no further tokens will/can be issued.

There are many scam ico's arround - SportyFi is not and if you look at whitepaper you will see that idea is really big&innovative and tremendous for future of sport&investing with integrated blockchain and crypto features.

Yes, the quantity of SPF tokens is strictly limited. A maximum of 200.000.000 million of SPF Tokens will be issued. All the Tokens will be issued during the Crowdsale. There is no additional issuance or similar post Crowdsale possibilities. Also, we use the minting procedure, which means that only so much tokens will be issued as ETH received (this means that if we will not reach the hard cap - for any reason whatsoever (while we do not fear that, considering the current demand) - we will not issue all 200.000.000 tokens (some ICOs issue them notwithstanding and have them as "private stock")).
