I stay in bed, watching movies, playing dota 2 or whatever games I like. I also drink with my buddies sometimes. I also do biking or hiking where I can smell fresh air and seeing great views. This really helps me a lot. No one can escape stress but atleast we can try to lessen it by having fun once in a while.

Playing online games indeed was a stress reliever 😂. But for me,  sleep is the best, I woke up feeling great when the day is full of stressful  works. Sometimes I listen to a calming music and walking at the street even if it's in the middle of the night haha 😂 being alone makes me feel energized.

I have a cupboard filled with midgets, whenever I get stressed I get one out and beat the living shit out of it. It's a great stress reliever and midgets don't need that much food so it works out cheap and it is also a great way to stay in shape.

it depends.
puff of cigarette is always good, but its never good for your health.

if the stress is at peak, i go to toilet and fill up the water on the faucet, and just stare at it for 4~5 min.

think of the Pensive from harry potter.
put your bad aura into the faucet and just let it go.

or just simple wanking is best at times.

Mines jogging and going to the beach or park if the weathers really nice. I go skateboarding too, that really helps me out.
That has to be my best outlet for stress recently. Cooking and riding my motorcycle helps too and listening to some groovy
tunes while at it.

all people must have experienced stress, but stress there is a way out to avoid stress, must be broad-minded, clever to overcome problems, avoid from saturation by seeking pleasure if the mind saturated.
