My stressed reliever is food. Every time my day didn't go so well, I always look for my comfort foods that will help me to calm down and release the stress. Usually, I go to my favorite coffee shop. Order my favorite frapp and my favorite blueberry cheesecake. And that's it. I am happy again.

when i need to be relieved of stress, i go out to recreat in form of going to the cinema to watch some cool movies, auternatively i listen to cool RnB music. but my biggest stress reliever is my fiance.
