I have no solution for this problem, but the price (free market) will regulate it.
For example: If there is a high demand, because a lot of website owner want to use Gladius, the price will go up and a lot of people will start to make money by running Gladius App on there Computer.

Don't over-think this too much, it's basic supply/demand problem and is present in almost all projects.

Same apply for example to mining, if too many miners are present, it becomes unprofitable and some of them leave. It will be same with Gladius computers.
