The other thing is, you may want to consider making a 10K loan if Hextra gets back to $35, and you believe that Hextra will live for 100 more days.

If HXT hits $35, then a 10K loan would cost 286HXT
If HXT hits $40, then a 10K loan would cost 250HXT
If HXT hits $45, then a 10K loan would cost 225HXT

If you loan at $35/HXT and it stays at $35/HXT and interest averages 1.65%(including .3% bonus).... then you can buy 4.7 HXT per day.   So if HXT sits at $35 for 7.66 days, you will have bought back 36HXT.

In other words, a $10000 loan at $35 started 8 days earlier... is better than the $10000 loan at $40, assuming that HXT stays around $35.

Also, consider the interest.  If you are getting 1.65%, thats $165 per day, for 99 days.  that $16335 +10K back.    And if you roll it in every $1000, you will be making even more. And for each HXT you loan you are getting $15 worth of HXT gold($30/2).  If you loaned 286HXT, thats an additional $4290+30 days of interest($2173@1.65).

So if you do a loan at 10K, you will have 10K+16335+4290+2173=  Thats $32K... assuming Hextra is still here at the end!

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

If its a 35USD rate, i will do a max 5k loan. Just because i need to be able to pull at least 5k out with the remaining. Anything above and i'll invest more..
Not gonna do anny reinvesting though, learned that the hard way..

I feel like I held out too long because I was waiting for a $50 HXT position however I still believe we might see a pump early December. I've been scouring twitter feeds, looking for info and came across conversations where someone posted an email conversation he had with Coinexchange and asked if Hextracoin ever approached them to list the coin. The good news is that the exchange responded and said they have been approached by Hextra but have not heard anything back from them.

I'm also thinking of doing a similar strategy. What happened when you reinvested your earnings?

It is reasonable that the price is going down because it went up too quickly. From 10 to 40 in less than two weeks. 27-33 sounds more logical.
And also most part of investors went in lending program already so now the demand went down although some whales are still there waiting to sell.

It could have gone either way, other lending ICO's had a good start as well. I had hoped it would hover between 35-40USD at least.
Currently at 27USD setting up a loan makes no sense..
On the other hand.. Day 1 after ICO i've setup 2 loans at 16USD a piece (which they reset due too their issues), so 27USD is still better.
But at 35USD i would be more interested to invest and to further promote on Steemit, Youtube, BCT, etc.

They might need to offer more incentive, like external exhange, higher HXG value (or more coins per HXT) and MINING.

Personally i would like to mine some HXT, which would help the price hopefully..

My opinion is simply that a lot of people are dumping to get on the BTC train. If BTC should hit a major correction I am guessing that HXT and other alts will moon. If BTC does not hit a correction before the 25th then I would expect to see a sizeable increase in HXT on the 24th/25th as people jump in for the gold

BTC price will keep increasing on december.
reason is that so many BTC hard forks on december and early january so I think people will buy and hold BTC for "free" coins

When the website was down (from 2 to 9 november) some of my HXT disapperas. I had a transaction pending in your exchange but only 5 HXT of 100 reappeared when the site was on.

Why the support don't solve the problem and don't answer to my email?

Demostrate that you are not scam!

And only 2 posts ever, the first 2 messages.. They don't really read the thread, post.. They don't reply to DM.. (I tried)
They don't seem to read their support@hextracoin.co email..

The only place where it got a (canned) response, was FB..
Although the response was prewritten, they did fix my issues with my account.

They are just a bit more inactive than most developers here.. They have already shown they lack communicating skills.. But at least the product/site works.. So.. All good here.

So, indeed: keep hammering them on FB..

Hextracoin support ignored me.

I have a HXT accountt and enabled 2FA.
I would make sure my HXT is clean and is purchased from the ICO, then  from the seller I am not cheating to have it thanks.
26/11, my account was hack and change password.
I don't know why they can do it.
When I click require reset password link, nothing sent to my email.

when I mailed support to ask link they asked me user nam, email, phone number. But phone number was changed, so they did except ( phon number is changed easily when you login to account, without 2FA)

Then I found out hacker can sent hxt from my account to another without 2FA. (From 27/11 to 30/11, hacker sent ~1hxt from my account to one address.)
From 27/11 to now, I'm still patiently waiting and sending support mail, I event gave hextra my btc hash that I sent btc to hxt to buy ICO.
 but hextra support ignored me.
I also contact by facebook messenger, but nobody reply ( althought they usually reply within 1 hour)

Is there any way to contact with hextra?Huh??
I believe hextracoin and invest but what hextracoin do we really disappointed. Your community please help me please help me.

Do not you know how you got hacked? Try to see if your computer is clean. Did you have a different password for each site?

What do you guys think on HXT not hitting the exchanges like they said they would? I talked to the support team and they basically jus told me they'll announce it on social media once they have the update.
