You should always smiling and encourage yourself in difficult time . no one can help you in your hard moments ,you should face it by yourself ,also you should take a breath and remember your happy moments and this point is temporary and it will go and you should face it with all your power and there are a family and friends behind you. Be strong and you can face all your problems .and With experience nothing can't be an obstacle.

It is a choice because if a person acts nice to everyone around him/her then it's very possible that people will act the same way to you. If you just continue to get lonely, depresses or grumpy then your life will just get worse.

we can be positive by starting to appreciate what we have and stop looking at the things our neighbors has. Be contented of what we have but be better everyday, you don't need to rush things up, just push forward slowly but surely.

usually i remaid my self then keep my mindset that thinking negative will come true.
and that's real guys, it's like we give sugesty to our mind that it will happen
that's why i really avoid to think negative.
just try to force my self to think positive in bad conditons and try to be sincerely
and let it flow,
believe or not, it works
we get the new solution after thet.
and as my experince i feel worry and unconfortable when i think negative thing,
it's really different when i let everything flow,

You just have to look at the brighter side of everything. I saw a video from a guru. He asked if we laugh on the same jokes? No, right? Then he said, "Why do we get frustrated for the same problems?" This really inspired me to be more positive.

Accept the things about yourself. For example, if you’re an introverted person who needs quiet time alone to “recharge,” trying to be an extrovert all the time will probably just make you feel drained and unhappy. Accept yourself for who you are right now, just as you are. You can then feel free to develop that self into the most positive self you can be!

Always bare in mind the benefits of the doubt that there is always good things in every dark side of it. God can always turn your darkness into blessing, in every little thing God is always watching, testing us. There is always hope as long as you live, put your trust in Him. Every thing happen in God,'s plan, even in the hardship He's still with us. Every thing happens for a reason.

We should know how to focus not just on the bad things thats happening to our life. We should always look on the brighter side because if we would always see everything as a failure or pain, we can never be happy and it will become very difficult to be positive if we are always like that. Pain and failures are inevitable so we should know how to handle it in our very own little ways. We must not focus on those bad things because we all know that there is always a rainbow after the rain, right? Happiness is everywhere and positive vibes as well. There is always something to be thankful for and we should always be grateful for everyday. There are many things that we cam focus ourselves for us to be positive so why would we choose to be in bad vibes? Every instances have a reaction and we should control it very carefully.

How to become positive is a very simple question, but to do that is extremely difficult to do. For example, we can not always make someone happy when we meet sad things, we can only be around and encourage them, share with them happiness and sadness.

I'm always positive no matter what happens. All problems can be solved no matter how difficult they are. To think positively and to act positively you must first look deep inside your inner self and ask yourself is it stress or something that bothers you bringing anything good to you?. No, it isn't, it's destroying you and the only way to solve your sadness, grief or bad mood is to put all problems aside and try to make something good out of each situation you are given in your god given life.
