Ok, and what does this prove exactly? The support lady said he can do that as in it's technically possible. And it is possible, but she clearly warns him "it's safer to withdraw to an Ethereum wallet or ERC20 standard".
She has the clients best interest at heart, obviously. Not encouraging him to take the unsafe route. And she's NOT responsible a) for the client making the less safe option and b) for any malfunction/processing error on the part of Livecoin.

ONLY erc20 wallet will handle it so what you are talking abt.
and not every erc20 wallet will show them coz some wallets didnt implement OTN yet. tokens are not lost (they are in the address) but they wont show up in some wallets and you will have to download another wallet with support for them and access it with your private key

ALL ERC20 wallets support OTN tokens. If the wallet fully supports the ERC20 standard, it will show OTNs.
If it doesn't display them immediately all you have to do is enter the smart contract address and it will.
If there isn't a way for you to enter the smart contract address for OTN - guess what - the wallet does not support ERC20 in the first place and you shouldn't have used it.
And as to the Exchanges and their wallets -  there's no way to know with 100% certainty which standard each one is using.
Livecoin accepted hundreds of transfers just fine, yet some got stuck, apparently. And that's why every client who asked was advised a safer option - to transfer the OTNs to an ERC20 wallet.

I said that those tokens are not lost and you just need to access them from another wallet app (you use same address and your private key) and that is all.
Your support doesnt even know it and I had to contact canadian developer to get that info

maybe I should make it even brighter for you. You create paper wallet which is erc20. than you download some app and you try access your wallet address from this app but it wont show your OTN. Is not lost is just that not every wallet app developer even knows abt OTN. You just need to access your tokens from official wallet or another wallet app
